Good experience. Rep British skiing
I have 2 happy days jackets from Planks and they hold up well. They perform well and I love the little details such as: the "drop cliffs not bombs" embroidered and the "if in doubt, ask your mum" on the care label. They are aimed at looking and feeling cool rather than being super technical and fit the bill.
Customer service has been great in my experience, when I first tried to buy from the store I could only access the EU site (in euros) from the Isle of Man when I should have had access to the UK site. I sent a query about this and they promptly changed which site people from my location would be routed to.
I bust a hole in one of the jackets on a dryslope and enquired if it fell under the warranty. I was informed this came under normal wear and tear and wouldn't qualify for their warranty repair service - fair enough. However, it would be nice to be able to have their items repaired using this service for a small fee outside of warranty.

I broke my zipper 3 years after purchase in a crash, planks tried to find a local seamstress who could repair it, no one could, so they send me a voucher for the full value of the coat to buy another one. Great customer service!

I’ve had planks gear since 2014 and it’s by far the coolest, best fitting brand on the slopes, wherever I’ve been. I’ve been complimented on how nice it looks multiple times over the years…so Nice Swan Planks!!
The quality of the flagship products (3 layer insulated jackets and bibs) are exceptional and I’ve recently bought yet another jacket for my trip to Chamonix on 31s of this month 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Unbelievably Good Customer Services at Planks
Don't usually write reviews but Kirsty in the Customer Services team at Planks went above and beyond to help me out. I was looking for a specific pair of ski pants from an old season to go with the matching jacket I have, I couldn't find them anywhere online / second hand so I reached out to Planks a couple months ago to see if they had a pair knocking around a warehouse somewhere. Unfortunately no luck. Then, today, I get an email saying they'd remembered about my message and that a demo pair had turned up and could be sent out to me, today! Very rare to find that kind of goodwill gesture, done on nothing but kindness. 5* customer service.
Plus, their merch has always been top quality and continues to be, love it!

Great clothing have bought many items…
Great clothing have bought many items now. Unfortunately I haven’t received my order and I am nearly at a month of trying to get in contact with someone with no luck at all. It’s Christmas time is limited and I am fed up of chasing them

We have escalated the matter to Royal Mail internally as unfortunately the whereabouts of your parcel is currently out of our control. We are still awaiting for an outcome of their investigation, however, we will still be more than happy to fully refund you in the meantime. If the parcel is found and returned, you are welcome to keep this free of charge.
We really appreciate our customers loyalty to the brand and again can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. In addition to the refund, we would be happy to offer you a 15% discount code that can be used on your next purchase. We have sent this to you directly via email.

Massive delays and no customer service
I ordered a jacket in early November which arrived promptly. Sadly it did not fit so I followed the exchange instructions and sent it back for an exchange. That was 20 November. No replacement jacket, no contact number, no response to any emails. The website says they are experiencing delays in distribution centre, but not replying to emails is inexcusable. AVOID AVOID.

Good Times ski jacket
My unisex people’s parka is the best ski jacket I’ve owned- I wear it non stop throughout winter, whether I’m in the snow or just walking the dogs. It holds up really well to all weather, is incredibly comfy and looks great. And it even fit throughout most of my pregnancy (I’m 5”9, size 8/10 and I ordered a size S).

Accurate sizing, great quality
Since I had never owned any Planks clothing before, I was a bit nervous about size and quality, but when my ski jacket arrived it fit just right and was of very high quality. I bought it on sale, so it was also a great value.

Top quality ski gear that lasts and lasts. Casual clothes are very cool designed and keep their shape. Hoodies are so warm. You don’t get cooler on the slopes than with planks!
