Great service, great selection, no place like it. The variety and quality is unmatched

Ordered 3 plants and 1 bag of potting substrate. No updates... made enquiries a week later, got a slightly rude response. Then nothing... after 2 weeks I enquired again. A few days later I was told that (by now) they'd sold out of the plants I ordered (which were in stock at the time) so I got a partial refund and ended up stuck with a €10 shipping fee for a much smaller order that was worth more or less the same as the shipping! If I had known I could only buy the potting substrate i would never have placed the order! Really not great at all.

Amazing place for plant lovers! They have a vast selection of plants and the staff and owner(s) truly love plants. You can tell from the way they talk about the place and its residents (the plants, that is). 100% will recommend to anyone who's looking for addtional greeneries in their homes.

Great and very helpful staff,as I did put my order on wrong website.They did sorted fast for me.Order came two days earlier as expected .Plant I ordered reasonable size and perfect condition.Highly recommend.

Great place. Beautiful plants for a cheaper price than other places in Dublin. The guy who attend us was so nice and explained everything really well. They deliver us the plants so fast at our home the next day.

It was so great being able to order online and have the plants delivered to the office. They have really brightened up the space.

The 2 large plants were very dirty when I received them. I ordered two planters and one is damaged. I emailed Urban Plant Life and received no reply. It is very disappointing that they don't seem to care about customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered 2 plants for delivery, they advised that they didn't have the size I requested in stock and would have to send a smaller size. When I received the delivery they were completely different plants and was told they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock at all! Their inventory and website management is not reliable at all.

We love Plant Life. We shop there regularly. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. You always have an excellent range available. We can't fault the place! That's why we keep going back.

I was waiting for my order for almost 3 weeks. I had to call myself twice to learn what is going on. And then magically after my calls my plants arrived the next day. But anyway I cannot call their conditions good. They are a bit shabby
