An absolute bargain price for a new awning, delivered the very next day -- less than 20 hours after purchase. Cannot fault the product or the service.

The site advertised 48 hour delivery with Evri who have confirmed that they do not know where the parcel - 4 days on. I asked for a replacement to be sent but am being told I need to wait 10 days before that can happen - despite Evri confirming they have lost it. Awful service and I would never use UK Camping and Leisure again.

Fantastic quick service start to finish. Had a query and it was sorted within an hour or two.

First time shopping with UK Camping & leisure and had a great experience. We ordered a caravan awning carpet to fit our new porch awning. Delivery was free and very swift and we received a top quality item at a rock bottom price. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Purchased a Maypole awning carpet, it arrived promptly, I used it for a 4 week trip to Europe. Basically it is not robust enough and is now damaged in various places. It's was quite cheap but I would have expected it to be harder wearing.

Order a 4 burner hob. Arrived with the lid batterd and full of dents. Instead of offering to replace they offered a very small discount which we didn't want. Just wanted a proper product. Then told us we would need to pay for the return even though the product was not fit for purpose. We could have bought the same product cheaper but thought this was a reputable company. Clearly not

Easy to use website and quick delivery. One of the products we bought developed a fault, but the team were very helpful and efficient in responding and resolving the problem.

Bought one item at a great price and it was delivered two days later by a courier other than Evri. I was very impressed by the service given and have no complaints at all. 10/10. Bingo spot on dingdong.

I received the wrong item - had to scramble to find something else the day before leaving on our camping trip. So far haven't heard back about how to return the wrongly delivered object and receive a refund.

EDIT: the company contacted me shortly after I wrote this review, and they arranged a full refund including free collection of the item (which was very large) from home by the courier. I am now happy with how the situation was resolved

I placed an order on Friday and it was delivered on the following Monday, fantastic service. Thank you.

Place an order for four items on Sunday,
order received early Tuesday morning.
One item a collapsible laundry basked had some damage, namely a hairline crack on the hard plastic part near the handle.
I contacted customer service and they offered to replace or refund.
Today, Wednesday morning I received a notification to say the replacement has been despatched.

I ordered a tent that unfortunately got lost in transit with Evri. To be clear, that part wasn't UK Camping and Leisure's fault, but how they handled it afterwards really was very professional.

Every time I emailed, I had a reply within 24 hours, often much sooner (during the week).

When I flagged that the parcel wasn't moving, they chased Evri directly rather than just pointing me back to the courier.

They kept me updated at each stage, and once it was confirmed lost, they issued a full refund promptly without any argument.

It's a shame the item never arrived, but the way the team communicated and resolved the issue was quick, clear, and genuinely professional throughout. I'd order from them again.
