Bought Philadelphus illuminati from plants to gardens online , it arrived a little bit tired planted out same day , 5days later it had settled in took strong hold , I live in north England it's doing exceptionally well . Going from strength to strength . Thank you ken & team looking forward to a beautiful show in summers to come

Ordered items 6th April, 8th April website says "on its way", by the 14th nothing changed and I got in touch to cancel the order and they said they will refund my £53 but it will take up to 10 days to appear in my bank account! I followed this up with my bank which said 2-3 days is usual these days. This was my 4th order with P2G and 3 of them have taken ages to arrive with no information at their website to check what was happening. Despite the website stating "your order confirmation will confirm expected despatch" no such thing was stated on my order confirmation. If P2G don't want to honour a good deal when they promote it perhaps they shouldn't promote it in the first place. Still waiting for MY money P2G.
EDIT. hours after posting on Trustpilot I have received my refund. Seems things can get sorted quicker. Now if only their despatch was that efficient they wouldn't have lost another customer.

Plants arrived in perfect condition ready for planting. Also arrived with an explanation brochure about positioning the plant to best advantage. Plants are now flourishing and healthy.

I have never had a substandard plant from P2G. Up until this order I have always bought their plants through a third party which were also perfect but I realised the prices were much higher. I shall be buying direct from them in the future, I still have some plants arriving in the next week or two and am looking forward to them. Their animal plant pots are to die for.

My order of 3 plants was well packed and arrived in good condition on time.The plants are beautiful.

Only reason not giving 5 stars is around no response to an email I sent asking what size of pots would be best to plant .
