Found a Ethnicraft Organic Valet Tray online with Holloways after using the search engine to find stockists. The item was the right price and although I have never purchased from Holloways of Ludlow before I thought id give them a try as it was the exact item I wanted.
Easy online ordering, item was delivered very quickly and the packaging on such a fragile item was very good. Now I have my Ethnicraft Valet tray, looks great and I was overall very impressed with Holloways of Ludlow, I will now be checking out their website more often as it was a seamless purchase and delivery journey.

Ordered cushions for garden in June but sent wrong design. Am still waiting now for replacement. Customer service just send me shipment dates and then nothing happens. At every step,I have had to contact them for updates. Summer over and still no cushions.

As soon as we were made aware that the cushions supplied were incorrect, we acted immediately to arrange replacements. However, we sincerely apologise that this has still not been resolved and that you have had to repeatedly contact us for updates. We appreciate that providing shipment dates without clear follow-up is not the level of service you should expect from us.
We will look into your replacement order as a priority and provide you with a further update as soon as possible.
