Ordered an apple tree, which after a long delay was delivered damaged. The branches had been bent over to fit in too small a box. One of the main branches snapped in transit. I offered to send the tree back & requested a replacement. The replacement tree never arrived, despite a number of follow up requests. I've ordered online plants from other companies previously, but P2G is the only one I've received damaged plants from.
***Update*** Returned home today to find new replacement tree on doorstep. This one is fine -thank you.

Lovely plant as always, well packaged !

I ordered for mothers day, well in advance and then didnt come for 4 weeks and the plants were smaller than expected and half dead and also left on doorstep. absolutely awful service, i kept trying to ring them and they didnt even update me as they were late... Honestly, would never order from this website again. An absolute disaster of communication, service and value and quality.

There was nothing wrong with your plants but your delivery company Yodel is terrible and you should not ask customers to rely on there tracking service which states delivery times up to 21hr hours and then does not turn up without any information.Will really have to seriously consider wether to carry on risking ordering in the future due to this delivery service.

I brought your melianthus Antonow’s Blue on qvc. Absolutely disgusted with what arrive compared to what was shown on the presentation. The owner of plants to garden said he was taking the ones shown on the show for his garden. No wonder because the ones send out were dead. Never will buy from them again.

P/,2 garden, has been sending me plants and shrubs for a long time. good quality perfect packaging, always on time good follow up with information if needed. always ready for direct planting out with instructions to use. also when using a telephone it's nice to hear a voice and not a recorded message. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Received large grass plant and some iris roots the is huge grass it is fantastic, 3 iris really look good cant wait to see the grow. My husband is thrilled i have been buying plants and planting ready to put round his new vamped pond
