First contact was friendly and interested. Offered sound advice about the plant and the delivery. Plant Plumbago was a gift to a third party so had no evidence of quality but feed back was very good. Impressive protective packaging and plant arrived in good condition.

Amazing product and service!
Bought a lemon tree as a gift and was absolutely delighted with the product and the service. The plant arrived exactly when promised, was incredibly healthy, and was wrapped beautifully with my message handwritten on a lovely card. Upon delivery the plant was delivered…
Upon delivery the plant was delivered in a damaged condition with the pot broken and broken branches as if it had been mishandled during transport. Looks like inadequate packing (fragile) and neglect by the transporter.

Five stars well earned
I'm very happy with the service from Plants4Presents. They're my first choice if I want something and they have it in stock.
The plants are always very healthy and thriving. Very reasonably priced too for exotic edible plants which are sometimes hard to find.
They also use sensible couriers. I sometimes wonder if some couriers used by other companies are deranged.
I once needed to contact their customer service with a question and they responded promptly and were helpful.

Very good service,nothing was too much…
Very good service,nothing was too much trouble.
Delivery was on time and well packaged,unfortunately the pot was broken,but this was replaced very quickly,even though i did say it was not needed.
I would not hesitate in using plants 4 presents again,very pleased with the product.

Good quality plant
Good quality plant. Very poor delivery by DPD. The packaging round the plant was torn and damaged, the cardboard box was patched up and held together with DPD parcel tape. Half the compost had been tipped out of the pot showing the bare roots and a lower branch was broken off.

Great company
The tree was lovely, my parents are very happy with it.
Sadly the box had clearly been opened prior to delivery and therefore the delivery company should be answering some questions.
The customer service was excellent

Plant was great but delivery left a lot to be desired.…
Plant was great but delivery left a lot to be desired. The plant was left in full sun on the property door step and only found by chance. Owner was in all day and the doorbell was not rung. We gave instructions for plant to be left through gate beside bins and this was re-advised to DPD when they confirmed their delivery time.

Lemon Tree
Delivery of my Lemon Plant arrived on my chosen date. Plant very well wrapped and looked very healthy. My Lemon Plant is already showing new growth one week after delivery. A friend recommended Plants 4 Presents and I am delighted I took her advice.

Beautiful lemon tree
Great variety of plants and pots to gift or keep yourself. I have purchased from here before and was delighted to find a lemon tree to gift to my sister. A beautiful tree with fruit ready to ripen on it. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit but customer service were very quick and positive to put things right. Very pleased with the response from them and won't hesitate to use again for future plants.
