Quality plants and well packaged and protected for delivery. Many thanks.

They have very beautiful and well looked after plants. After I’ve placed an order for my sister’s birthday, there was an issue unfortunately with the delivery. I’ve contacted the customer service and they sorted out the problem very quickly and in a reasonable way. Easy to order, very beautiful plants and good customer service. I will definitely buy plants from you again!

First class customer service. Polite, personable and really attentive. The plant was high quality and is a much loved present. I will definitely shop with them again.

Great website easy to use, I bought a night jasmine plant recently & it arrived in great condition neatly packaged with added instruction.

Efficient Beautifully packed and in lovely condition

Would recommend

The equipment and the app are very easy to use. It takes quite a bit of guessing away.

We bought this for a friend who had sadly unexpectedly lost her dog. Rather than buying flowers which would die, this is a great present, quick delivery and good quality plant and pot.

Firstly of delay then trustworthy.

Excellent service and packaged extremely well! I phoned Plants4Presents to ask for some advice and they were exceptionally helpful - even though I made a bit of a fool of myself as I hadn’t opened the care instructions leaflet before I called!

Great choice of plants and advice on the website. Very prompt delivery on the day I had chosen. Plants (lemon trees, jasmine and fig tree) arrived very carefully packaged and in great condition via a trustworthy courier. I have already ordered twice from Plants4Presents in the last month and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company!

Really beautiful plants and great customer service.

Received my curry plants. Very pleased with it and hoping it will grow to a good size over time. Plants4Present has been a great help when needed advice for looking after the plants.
