Friendly and efficient
Plant was as described and delivery was prompt. First delivery was damaged, but they contacted me before it arrived, to say they were sending a replacement. Replacement was spot on, damaged one was collected by courier. Pleasant and easy to contact. Would use again.

Great gift
I bought this plant for myself however it arrived within 24 hours, it was very well wrapped. It came with a card and care instructions. The plant looked great. I would have been very happy to have got my finger lime tree as a gift.

Website easy to negotiate with a wide choice and good pricing.
BUT we were disappointed that the carrier changed the delivery date when we had ordered on a carefully chosen date to suit the recipient.

Because our boxes are marked as fragile, occasionally the couriers upgrade Monday deliveries to the weekend and we do include a message warning about this on the checkout page on our website and on our order confirmations. On the tracking message you received from DPD about upgrading your delivery, there should have been a link to follow to revert the delivery date back to Monday. I ordered a dahlia as a gift
I ordered a dahlia as a gift, then panicked and probably over-watered it. My mother reported that sadly it had died. So we were sent a replacement, which is thriving. I am really impressed with the customer service and am confident that the new dahlia will do much better.

The best planter of planters ever
This is totally the best flowers i have organised for delivery to my Auntie in uk. I ordered and paid online…. And it was easy
The flowers in a wooden planter were ordered in June 26 and today 10 August 26 they still look beautiful and fresh.
