Do not buy from this company as you will be wasting your money

I recently purchased cyclamen .
They arrived damaged as courier did not follow instruction
The plants and flowers were very poor quality even compared to Homebase .

They died very quickly

I sent them an email and a video, and they sent me another plant immediately.
They new plant is perfect.

Ordered a Poinsettia plant for a friend, delivered within the timescale stated and arrived looking extremely healthy my friend was delighted. I would definitely use again.

Product arrived two days late and ruined my moms birthday. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional customer service. Not a single apology or attempt to resolve/compensate for the error on their website.
Beware: do NOT click your required delivery date on the websites calendar, as it isn’t linked to their purchasing process. Laughable.

The poinsettia was beautiful and arrived in good condition. I ordered it as a Christmas gift for mum who lives 150 miles away and I wont see her over Christmas. However, the 3 star rating was given because I chose to have it delivered in Friday 18th December but it arrived on Friday 27th November. A little too early. I went onto the website to check my order to see if it was my mistake but nowhere does it state a chosen delivery date. It's as if the facility to select did not exist so I could not check it.
