Resposta da Plaque To Reality
Hi Oli,
Thanks for your honest feedback, great to hear that you love the product.
With regards to the shipping updates, unless you have chosen tracked postage, the only shipping update you will recieve is an automatic email notifying you that the order has been dispatched (this may get filtered into spam, hence why you might not have received anything).
I'm working on making the website a bit clearer for customers, and also sending out personal emails as opposed to automatically generated ones, to avoid it getting spammed.
Please let me know if you would like to discuss anything else?
Thanks again, Cameron

Resposta da Plaque To Reality
Hi Baiye,
Thanks for your review but I feel it's quite unfair. Your order was made at 3:30pm on June 20th, and posted the next day. As it's a handmade plaque, I would consider that a very quick turnaround.
All the best,
Cameron
I thought that the plaque was going to…
I thought that the plaque was going to be engraved but it is just a bit of plastic with vinyl letters stuck onto it which have already started to peel off.
