I bought an account from this website on the 12th November with included Spiderman, Miles Morales, on it, Which has worked fine until the 18th November I tried to play the game and it was locked and the account was signed out of my ps4, I tried to contact support however the website was updating stock, however today I have spoken to support (which was extremely long replies) and they said that if I was online then I have more chance of losing the account and it's at my own risk, which after checking on the websites how to buy page I can find the text about not going online however when I bought the account I was given a big list of instructions on how to log in and download the games which did not say to go offline when playing them (Otherwise I would have) neither did the instructions list give me a link or tell me to go to the How to buy page so I had no clue on this.

In the time I had, I was not able to complete the game and I basically got a rental of it for a couple of days, at this current moment of time I have been told to contact the admin however after sending messages on telegram and email I have had no response. So I will not be using this website again and I cannot recommend using this unless you want the game for a few days or go offline (which is useless because you can buy online games on the website) like call of duty cold war.
