Spiele die Spiele schon eine Zeit lang, hatte bei den kleinen Auszahlungen nie Probleme! Aber nun habe ich mich für ein Gutschein Amazon 35€ und eine kleine Auszahlung von ca.13 € entschieden und es passiert nix! Warte noch ein paar Tage! Weil ich sonst Zufrieden war,aber wenn nix kommt werde ich die App löschen und auf eine andere App weiter spielen,wo ich weiß das ich mein erspieltes Geld bekomme!

Habe die App seit paar Tagen, habe gestern 3.60 PayPal Guthaben und 1.60 € auszahlen lassen, nach 50 min waren beide ausgezahlt,
Heute habe ich wieder 3.60 Auszahlung auf PayPal gemacht, doch seit 4 Stunden steht die in Bearbeitung. Eine Auszahlung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden genehmigt ( so steht es auch da )
Abgesehen von dem aktuellen Problem kann ich mich nicht beschweren!

This platform is a scam I have been at 95% on a game and no matter how much I play it dont increase i have cashed out twice with no problem but because this is a £100 I think they put a stop on it so u dont get paid am going to go to trading standards as this is a scam

Absoluter sch... ich habe z.b eine Belohnung gemacht 7 tage zeit 20 euro direkt cash. Ich war fertig, usw es kam absolut nichts. Support egal welche Email reagiert null. Das ist Betrug. Es werden Lebenszeit gestohlen dafür gehört ihr eig vora Gericht. Das ist kriminell

Der blanke Betrug. Erspieltes Geld wird nicht gut geschrieben und ausgezahlt wird auch nichts. Spielstände werden ab einem bestimmten Level nicht mehr aktualisiert. Mails werden 2 mal mit ausreden beantwortet und dann kommt nichts mehr.

Eigentlich kein Stern verdient!!! Ich habe mir mein Guthaben erspielt, habe Auszahlung auf PayPal gewählt, bisher kein einziger Cent angekommen. Habe den Support angeschrieben, Reaktion: meine Auszahlungen würde ich nicht bekommen, aus verschiedenen Gründen wie z.b.mehrere Spielkonten, irgendwas gewählt was in meinem Land nicht möglich wäre uvm.
Eigentlich haben die mir Betrug vorgeworfen!! Ich habe es nicht nötig zu betrügen!! Hab sogar Pakete bei einem Spiel gekauft.
Playtime ist eine Betrüger App, man erhält keinen einzigen Cent und die werfen Nutzern Betrug vor wenn es um Auszahlungen geht.

Started playing games via PlayTime earlier in the year. Hit enough coins for £5 Amazon voucher and received it within 48 hours. Great, thought I'd keep playing to earn more towards Christmas gifts. Finally hit enough for £50 voucher, redeemed, days later reward still pending. Thought I would email to see what the holdup was. Google search and found a support email, few emails back and forth, screenshot of my reward pending and date requested. Email received this morning accusing me of violating the T&Cs, using VPN, multiple accounts or technology to advance in games? Anyway basically ' it's a no, we've made money from you playing and we have no intention of paying what is owed'

I just wish I would've checked the reviews first as it's clearly a scam if they're saying the same thing to repeatedly avoid paying people.

Is this an issue for Trading Standards maybe?

Ok so i play alot of money making games and ive had some good and bad experiences with a few sites but this one definitely takes the cake!!!

I made a purchase to receive $6 ... which i did receive but i made a second purchase of $10 to receive $18 and i was told there was a glitch in the system so they wont be paying me!!!!!

Half the challenges are impossible unless your playing 24/7 or spending an obscene amount of money to finish it !

Like many others here the app initially paid out then in less than two weeks,after spending lots of time working on the higher paying offers,my rewards are no longer being honoured and are indefinitely processing.
After contacting support I was accused of unspecified suspicious behaviour and I can guarantee all I have done is play fairly.
Seriously avoid!I wish I had read here before wasting my time.

Bisher war ich ganz zufrieden gerne gespielt Punkte auch immer gezählt Schnelle Auszahlung seit Tagen werden nur noch die Spielzeit Punkte gezählt die erreichten Level Punkte nicht mehr schade . Mir wurden Punkte für 20,00 Euro nicht gutgeschrieben

After playing over 20 games got hours I cashed out and it was processing, two days later it hadn't been sent, I also cashed out another £2 and five days later both still are processing. I emailed and they said they aren't paying me cause I violated the terms using VPN or has more than one account, which I don't and didn't use a VPN. Why didn't u just tell me at the start so I didn't waste countless hours? Disgraceful approach and play store is getting the same review. It's a scam and if u don't listen go find out yourself

Leider sieht das bei meiner 2. Abbuchung schon ganz anders aus. Nachdem ich nach mehreren Tagen keinen Gutschein erhalten habe, habe ich den Support kontaktiert.
Dieser wirft mir nun vor, dass verdächtige Aktivitäten (bspw. VPN Nutzung, Bot, verschiedene Accounts etc.) auf meinem Konto entdeckt wurden. Eine Auszahlung sei aus diesem Grund nicht möglich. Ich nutze weder VPN, noch hab ich irgendwas mit Bots zu tun, womit ich mich technisch nicht mal auskenne 😅, oder nutze mehrere Accounts. Ich wüsste nicht mal, wie ich verschiedene Accounts nutzen sollte, da es ja gar keine Möglichkeit gibt sich ein-, oder auszuloggen und ich mich auch nicht erinnern kann überhaupt eine Registrierung, wie bei anderen Apps üblich, abgeschlossen zu haben. Auf meine weitere Mail nach der Supportantwort erhielt ich keine Reaktion mehr. Totaler Mist ist das also! Hier werden Leute gelockt Spiele zu spielen und Geld auszugeben was ich zum Glück nie gemacht habe, da ich nur die kostenlos erreichbaren Ziele verfolgt habe. Gegen eine Paypal Guthaben Auszahlung habe ich mich ebenfalls bewusst entschieden, um ein Abgreifen meiner PayPal Daten zu vermeiden. Scheinbar besser so, denn in meinen Augen ist das nichts als Abzocke, bei der man mit einer Auszahlung lockt und dann, wenn man merkt die Leute bleiben dran, zurückrudert. Ist jetzt auch in meinem Fall nicht so, dass ich verdächtig oft und viel auszahlen lasse. Das ganze hat mich jetzt für 10€, mehrere Monate gekostet und ging am Ende auch nur so schnell, weil es gut machbare Aufgaben gab. Ich behalte die App (da ich wie gesagt nicht weiß, ob ich meinem Stand nach Deinstallation verliere, da wie gesagt keine richtige Registrierung erfolgt?!) In der Hoffnung, dass der Support noch einlenkt. Falls nicht wird es dem Verbraucherschutz und Playstore gemeldet.

Playtime schreibt Punkte nicht gut für das Erreichen von Zielen im Spiel .zb Kingdom clasch Level 1200 erreicht .aber keine 12000 Punkte erhalten.

These people are disgusting and dishonest! They accused us of several things. We do not nor have ever used to VPN. We do not have more than one account for person. Me and wife both had accounts. I emailed them because I was waiting over 2 weeks for a $3 payout. They then accused me of being a scammer when they're the real scammers. I've used this app for over a year now... very shocked and disgusting!!!!

Playtime is cheating, they wont pay and give all nonsense accusing I am using VPN, BOT etc.

They're not paying me. I have a $20 cash out I have a $5 cash out three times and a $2 cash out and every time they're telling me up on thorough review there's unusual activity on your account and I have pleaded and begged with beg them told them there's not I have one account I don't have a VPN and I'm not a bot I've spent hours playing these games I am begged and pleaded and cried with them and they think it's funny so they just send me the same email they've stolen my money they have stolen in it cuz I have spent a long time playing these games I am on level 400 and something on one of my games and it's by my own skill and hard work

They paid out an initial payment, then refuse to pay anymore. When you contact customer support you get a blanket response accusing you of fraudulent activity. When you ask further questions, you get no response. This is a blanket email they send as their reasoning for not paying you what you've earnt, even when you've followed all their rules.
This is a scam, stay clear and don't waste your time.
