I don't play a lot,as I only have a tablet, and it's slow,but I can make enough,weekly for small treats from Amazon, such as soap or washing liquid,a pets toy.I have recently requested a payment via PayPal, only a small amount, and the compan paid out straight away,within minutes.I should imagine that if you own a computer,you could make more,as the games would load faster.Anyhow,they do pay out,and yes,I like this.

Scam Site and money grab as others say.

Used the cashback function and tried to Cash out just to be told there was „unusual Activity“ - Pathetic. Did Chargeback the Money and left this review to warn others. F*** those scammers

This is by far the worst app I have ever used. They promise to pay you for playing the games they suggest, but when it comes time to actually withdraw your earnings – they simply refuse and come up with excuses.

In my case, support claimed that my account had "suspicious activity." Seriously? All I did was play the exact games they provided. I never broke any rules. But instead of paying users what they earned, they choose to label accounts as suspicious to avoid payouts.

The result — wasted time, zero money, and nothing but frustration. This is a classic scam scheme designed to exploit people’s trust.

I strongly recommend avoiding this app at all costs. If you value your time and nerves, stay far away from Playtime!

I redeemed my points for a gift card, this was my second time to redeem my points, had no issues the first time. This time they are saying there was fraudulent activity on my account or a VPN was on my devices, NEITHER IS TRUE, THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO PAY OUT THE GIFT CARD THAT I SPENT MONTHS PLAYING AND ALSO SPENT MY ACTUAL MONEY ON GAMES ON THERE APP. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP.

👎 Betrug Achtung Finger weg keine Auszahlung es heißt schon seit Tagen Fehler aufgetreten versuchen sie es später wenn man eine Auszahlung beantragt bekommt man das als Antwort Support ist nicht erreichbar gibt es nicht die Adresse wo diese Firma gemeldet ist ist auch nicht vorhanden aber sie klauen auch deine Daten beim anmelden bei paypal wenn es um die Auszahlung geht dies überhaupt gar nicht gibt ich habe Strafanzeige gestellt die Firma ist schon bekannt bei der Staatsanwaltschaft und auch den verbraucherschutz gemeldet👎

How can trust pilot sponsor this app? It's 100% a scam now. It makes ad revenue off us. Wedo the market research and make the ad revenue for them but they don't pay out. Trust pilot I think you can't be trusted.

So many 1 star lol. At least you guys have games you can play i don't it always telling me to comeback tomorrow it been months and still no game. My favorite is the "support" which is just AI and you can choose from two options for the AI to help,non is a opinion for customers support

Leute passt auf das hier ist ne ganz miese betrügerfirma sie locken mit Angeboten an die einen auf locker geld bezahlen lassen und man bekommt nichts wieder man soll 4 Apps kaufen für 20000 Punkte was nichtmal 4 Euro entspricht jeder in app kauf kostet mindestens 1.99 sprich man hat auf schnelle 8 euro für 4 bezahlt das ist Betrug hier kann man einen euro plus machen und die app auf schnellster weise wieder von seinen gerät löschen.... sie sagen man muss 9 eu3o zahlen für 16 obwohl dort nicht steht das es Dollar sein muss sprich man muss nicht 9 Euro zahlen sondern umgerechnet 10.50 ansonsten wird die Zahlung nicht akzeptiert und man hat sofort sein Geld verloren ich hoffe eure app wird schnell gesperrt betrüger

Playtime, I've emailed you 27 times since 9th of may and you've ignored everyone of them?? My payments are still pending? Why do this to people, it's completely unacceptable to ignore your customers, you can shove your games and fake money where the sun doesn't shine 🤏

SCAM THEY DONT PAY OUT AND DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS

I never really had a problem with payouts pretty quick. My issue is there was a challenge set on one of the games to get to level 300 within 3 days for a $20 prize and the very second I completed this the offer was nowhere to be seen with no one to contact even though I had 25 hours spare completed it with no reward and absolute scam do not bother yourself with this app

Betrugsmasche. Man soll app xy installieren bis 23€ Gewinn möglich, nach Installation keine Ziele App und nur minimal Münzen bei Spielzeit, betrifft mehrere Apps.

Dann in app-buy kaufe Paket 10€ bekomme 20€, 0 Münzen erhalten nach 12€ Paket Kauf. Es fehlen 108.000 Münzen!!!

Die Angaben 10€/20€/50€ etc beziehen sich auf Amazon Gutschein, nimmt man PayPal Auszahlung gegen 40% weg. Also Benachteiligung für PayPal Nutzer. 20€ amazon sollten auch 20€ PayPal sein und nicht diese Abzocke. Beispielsweise 108.000 Münzen sind 20€ Amazon, aber nur 12€ Paypal.

Kundenservice Deutschland/ England reagiert seit 7 Tagen nicht auf Emails!!

Je me suis inscrit sur playtime au début tout allé bien mais quand on commence à gagner beaucoup de pièces ils bloqué les jeu plus moyen d avance on leur écrit pour savoir pourquoi ils répondent au bout de quelque temps que c est le jeu ça vient pas d eux en plus j ai fait une demande de carte Amazon de 10 eur et 15 eur depuis un mois c est toujours en traitement je leur écrit à part les messages automatiques aucune réponses de leur part c est une grosse arnaque fuyez je vais me desincrire c est honteux de voler les gens comme ça

Playtime deleted payout and all the coins I accumulated. I emailed them to find out what happen keep giving me the run around. Ask me to screenshot the games I played and amount of coins. Explain to them that the games I played and coins are no longer on playtime and still keep sending me AI messages asking for the same information. Playtime I thought was better than this you acting like a lot of other apps.
