I've had this up about 2 weeks I've cashed out about a 150 pounds I know I have to put a little bit of money in but Ive made a lot no problem whatsoever . Everything always updates on time I've never had a problem. The only thing I can't seem to find is how to contact customer service . I definitely give this app 5 stars but if customer services don't come back to me I'll be changing my review. I highly recommend. I have now changed my rating to one star I notice that I wasn't getting the points for levelling up on a certain game .I emailed customer support and told them . Up till now I still haven't heard back from them and that was about 10 days ago and my last 2 payments that I've cashed out are still processing and usually they take about a week so they obviously not gonna pay me anymore and I'm not playing their games no more beware.

Tot twee keer toe uitbetaling van mijn punten gevraagd maar helaas niks gekregen!

geen resultaat het blijft maar op status in verwerking vanaf 8 oktober 2024. Klantenservice benaderd en gemaild alleen reactie ontvangen dat momenteel in behandeling is net zoals je uitbetaling op status in behandeling blijft.

Wat jammer...is dit.

👎 Achtung Vorsicht Finger weg von playtime es sind Betrüger keine Auszahlung bekommen aber sie haben meine Daten und ich bekam unerwünschte Anrufe von dubiose Personen die mit mir Geschäfte machen wollen ich habe meine Telefonnummer geändert und Strafanzeige bei der Polizei gegen playtime gestellt auch Verbraucherschutz gemeldet👎

👎 Warning, be careful, keep your hands off playtime, they are scammers, I didn't get any payouts but they have my data and I got unwanted calls from dubious people who want to do business with me. I changed my phone number and filed a criminal complaint with the police against playtime, also reported it to consumer protection👎

I am doing Playtime tro Earn11 ! I complete a game and still not got the points what was sad THAT YOU WILL GET!. I find this verry disapointing AND earn11 i maled them they would look 8nto IT but still no replay back SCAMFLE!!! MAKES YOU THINK IFF earnapp11 is a scam or fraud to ?????

Purer Betrug. Keine Auszahlungen. Beantragte Gutscheine/Paypalzahlungen stehen seit 2 Monaten auf "in Bearbeitung". Nachfragen per E-Mail bleiben unbeantwortet. Habe leider meine Zeit mit den Spielen verschwendet. Löschen die App jetzt.

They will not process payments... there is no customer service and no real company to contact ... how they have got away with operating for so long worries me...

It was great until it deleted the total I had worked on for months.
I'm disgusted!

If you have rewards that have not been issued to you as a result of incomplete tracking. Please send through another ticket which includes screenshots of the "My Games" tab within the app, and a screenshot of the game showing your progression within the game. The screenshots are necessary to process payment into your account.

I recommend trying a different game as tracking will no longer work for this current title.

So all I can say is I tried but they don't seem to care and this is in the US I am playing or was playing their games on their website app playtime
They will not payout after Earning the points to get a paypal gift card or a Google play gift card I played the games and earing the points and spent some to get the points to get the payout or redeem the points for gift cards
First one the first of July I had enough points to redeem 10.00 PayPal gift card And a 1.00 gift card to paypal and then on the 2nd of July I had enough points to redeem another 10.00 PayPal gift card And all it said was pending pending
On the 3rd the 4th the 5th and all they said send screenshots and then all they did was give back my points so like an idiot would play more and on the 6th had enough points to redeem a 20.00 paypal gift card And a 10.00 Google gift card and again all they say is send screenshots and am I going through their app
So to me they are a fake website app all words no action and no real response to me endless emails

I have earned money in the playtime app by playing games I tried to claim what I earned but it's been saying processing on my account for over a month now it's a total con and wouldn't advise people to use the app

False advertisement to get you to play. I completed the 120 daily to recieve £500 which I completed today and nothing. Please people take note of the reviews and don't waste your time. Such a shame. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with false promises! And they never respond to emails. Playtime if you're reading this please respond. Thank you

Scam. First they paid, then they didn't pay me and my brother 14 euros each and didn't pay one euro Amazon voucher either. So a total of 33 euros not paid. You can forget about the support team, they simply stopped responding.

Gespielt - Auszahlung 20 Euro auf Paypal beantragt und tagelang nichts passiert! Und plötzlich lässt sich auch die App nicht mehr öffnen! Betrugsmasche? Update: Funktioniert wieder...
Und wieder fehlen Punkte, die erspielt wurden.
Keine Nachbuchung trotz Reklamation mit geforderten Screenshots. BETRUG!

Mittlerweile auch keine Reaktion auf meine Mails!
Und plötzlich ändern sich die Levelbelohnungen von 10.000 auf 1300 oder 800 ... ???

Waste of time as it doesn't pay out when you complete the challenges!!! It was good for a couple of weeks now it's not worth playing as doesn't pay out and doesn't even answer your messages to try and help with your problems.... DON'T DOWNLOAD

Doesn't acknowledge levels or progress. Therefore, coins don't match so no payout. Waste of time - no one gets back to you,, and there's no help to resolve it
