An absolute embarrassment of a company. Ordered a jacket 15th of October. To this date 29th of November still not arrived. Excuses after excuses through direct message on instagram. Told me it would take 9-15 working days to arrive. After the 15th still I messaged them asking if there was a problem. To get ignored for 4 days after to finally receive a pathetic response saying just have to wait and see. The following week was told it would be here that week. Got to the end of the week still not arrived. They offered me a refund if it didn’t come the next week. Got to the end of that week and still not arrived. I asked for the refund and they said no I have to wait another week. Several weeks later and still not here and no tracking available on Royal Mail. What a joke.
