From the first phone call I made to plug in station they were on the ball so efficient took one week from calling to installing very clean job not used it as yet still waiting for car but I’m sure it will be ok would highly recommend just for their communication top notch emails telephone calls all the way

The installation of my EV charger was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job to a high standard. They worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

It was an easy and quick process with Plug In Stations. Our technicians were really polite and they did an excellent job, they left the area completely cleaned and the loom routing was just perfect.

Came when they said they would and installed EV sensitively. There are still issues to be resolved due to inadequate bonding and hoping they will follow this up as promised.

I am new to anything EV which has yet to be delivered car wise. Renault recommended an Anderson Quartz charger for my new Renault 5. Installation was up to me for the best price. I saw Plug In Stations purely by chance on Facebook. I spoke with a really nice person called Eren fantastic I can't say thankyou enough. I sent photos of my consumer unit supply and a few photos of where I wanted the charger installed as requested. I got a very good price back 5 years install cover 3 years on the Anderson charger. I have registered the charger with Anderson after installation so hope I will get the remaining 4 year warranty. Within I think 10 days or less after paying a great price Andy Installed It for me what a lovely guy also talked me through the app. My charger was delivered by Royal mail the day before Installation well wrapped and protected. I had been recently seriously ill which is my I went for an EV the team helped me so much . Would I recommend Plug In Station yes without a doubt. My installation certificate is soon to arrive.

Our engineer arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He explained the app and demonstrated the charger. An excellent job.

Speed and quality of installation was good but, afterwards I received an email (ironically, to provide my review), and it stated my charger warranty was 3 years as provided by manufacturer and the electrical installation was 5 years. When I was dealing with Jack prior to the installation, he informed me everything was guaranteed for 5 years and did not explain the charger wasn’t.
I have asked Plug in Stations for their comments but, unsurprisingly, have not received any response.
Take note of misleading sales!

Quick and simple, both in booking as well as fitting by Jake.

The installer turned up within the time window given and completed the job in a little over 2 hours.
He walked me through every step and my power was only off for about 15 mins.
Downloaded the app, installer ran through everything with me.
Only ordered it a week ago very quick and im very happy

The survey and installation went smoothly, but then I received communication from Scottish and Southern Electricity that a load test was required as a result of Plug in Stations application, even though it was a simple like for like EV charger replacement. They had also informed SSE that they did not know if it was a shared or loop circuit. I could have told them if they had asked. Plug In Stations customer services were less than helpful and just told me to call SSE. Not impressed over this issue, especially as SSE told me the equipment should not be commissioned until the load test requested by Plug In is completed! In some weeks time!

Really good from start to finish. Installer Sam was great and didn’t cut corners and put the wiring in which was most convenient for the customer. Top guy.

Very professional installation, with the neatest cable run I’ve seen . Jason had it up and running in 4 hours and there was no mess for the 12 m cable run. The Ohme home pro charger functionality was explained, along with how to use the mobile app. Pleased I chose the 8m cable as it means I can reach the port no matter which way I park. The tethered cable does not take up much space and looks neat. Better than having to keep getting a cable out of the boot and putting it back damp.
Would highly recommend the company.

Job was booked quickly and smoothly. The installation was carried out professionally by Andy, with great attention to detail. Everything was clearly explained, and the whole process was hassle-free. Very happy overall and highly recommended.

Initial contact with Andy was great but I got the impression when I had the survey video call, my questions I then had were annoying him. I nearly cancelled my order but the company has a good reputation and price.

Liam P and Jack installed the charger, Liam arrived early but I was home so no issue and then Jack took over the job. Liam was great at running through location of EV unit and although Jack was soaked through with rain he waited until I had connected the unit to the WiFi.
