All round good experience Gavin the installer arrived promptly within the expected timeframe. The installation was undertaken professionally with Gavin explaining the product. When an issue occurred regarding output additional support was given by the Plug In Systems and Ohme technical desks providing a solution.

Sales and customer care pre installation were spot on. Installation painless too. Well done. I hope after care is as good. Highly recommended.

The guy who installed it wasn't very helpful didn't explain anything after installation and left bits of wire on the floor and brick dust

Plug in stations were an absolute delight to deal with from dealing with Eren who booked the job in through WhatsApp and making sure all the photographs I took were ok so the installation went smoothly kept in touch regularly and even managed to move my job forward to the guys who did the install who were very polite helpful and made minimal mess to which they cleaned up after I would definitely recommend plug in stations to anyone

Plug in stations were very quick to give a competitive quote but better still rhey were able to fit the charger within 10 days- buying from Octopus for example said they would give a quote in 6-8 weeks!!
The fitters arrived early on a horrible rainy day and got on with job quietly and efficiently without making a mess despite the pouring rain.

After first contacting Plug In Stations, my Ohme home pro charger was installed within a fortnight.
I'd originally ordered the Ohme e pod (same price) through Octopus Energy, but after waiting 2 months and a cancelled fitting date, I decided to ask for my money back and try a different company.
The communication from Hollie at their office was brilliant, answered all my questions within minutes of asking via WhatsApp.
My fitter Surinder arrived on time and took note of my preferences as to where exactly I wanted my charger installing. He was very thorough making sure everything was safe with my electrical system before commencing, and made a fantastic job of the installation - extremely neat and tidy. No fuss from this very capable guy, who only left us without electricity for a matter of minutes whilst making the final connections. He then went through the operating procedure and made sure I fully understood everything.
I've now got a great bit of kit and piece of mind when charging my EV. Thanks so much Plug In Stations.

So as I recently ordered a new EV that was coming this week I wanted to make sure that I had an EV charger ready to go at home before the car arrives and I was looking around many places and the earliest I could find was 2 weeks turnaround time which just wouldn’t work for me. Thankfully I came across Plug In Stations and spoke to their friendly staff who assisted me with everything from start to finish and managed to book an installation for a few days before my delivery which was brilliant. The installation went smooth and easy. Would highly recommend

I’ve had two visits to do the installation and to date I’m still waiting to use it. And in the meantime it’s costing me money to use public charging. I’m not impressed. It defeats the purpose of me purchasing a home charger from them.

The installation guys were friendly, professional and efficient. They finished the job quicker than I expected and the installation looks good.

It took 2 cancelled appointments and 2 actual appointments to finally fit the Charger.
The first appointment, I was told by the fitter he wouldn't have enough time to finish it.
The second appointment occured at 4.30 pm on Sunday. The fitter was excellent but the timing was one and a half hours after the schduled appointment.
