Engineer arrived ahead of time and completed the work with first rate professionalism. The job was to replace bath mixer tap cartridges…… previously untouched for 22 years!

Have always had first class service from Plumbgas. Rang the company yesterday morning as we had a cold radiator and the engineer called the same day. The issue was fixed but a leaking filter unit was identified. Today the new unit was installed. These engineers are always busy but will always try and fit you in as soon as possible. Can't fault the service we have received. Thank you Ethan and Chris.

Brilliant service!! Had a reminder email 48hrs before and a text on the day detailing the engineer and time of arrival. Mick was really knowledgeable and really helpful with some issues we were having. Payment taken easily and invoice issued immediately. Will definitely be using again for yearly servicing

Mick is polite, respectful, tidy, and knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing. He serviced both gas fire and combi boiler. This is the 2nd time Mick has serviced my gas appliances. I have used Plumbgas for approximately 8 years and find them and excellent company with excellent staff.

Mick came to service our boiler and gas fire. He was very professional and informative. He answered the questions I had regarding the boiler settings. He was neat, tidy and covered the new carpet with a cloth before starting on the fire.

This was an installation of Hive automated controls via an App on my iPhone. There was some trepidation on my part as I pretested the Ethernet ports on my router and found some sticky problems. In the event, the Plumbgas engineer, Chris, found a fortuitous route around the potential problem and resolved the concerns. The rest of the installation was excellent and the product seems good. Excellent service Plumbgas!

PlumbGas were recommended to me and they didn't disappoint. Friendly, fast and a competitive price. Mick Bourne did my boiler service, top man, friendly chap with bags of knowledge and expertise. I will use again and recommend to anybody :-)

I was without heating and hot water when my combi boiler broke down. Plumbgas responded within three days at a very busy time of year, despite my not having a service plan. Customer service on the phone and in person is excellent. The fault was put right quickly at a very reasonable cost. The engineer explained everything clearly and completed the work quickly to allow me to be on time at the school gate. Plumbgas are brilliant!
