Good service on time friendly and professional

Reliable local firm which places quality customer service at the heart of what it does. Friendly, polite and courteous qualified staff chosen for the jobs required well supported by the office admin team. Tracking engineer very useful so that everything can be ready for when he/she arrives and that saves customers and engineers valuable time.

There were a couple of cancelled appointments. However I appreciated being kept I formed and good follow on documentation.
Clearer billing would be helpful but otherwise am satisfied with the service

From initial enquiry to finished job, Plumbgas has been fantastic. Friendly and helpful on the phone and the gas engineer who fitted my new combi boiler went that extra mile and deserves a medal for the amount of work he got through. I agree with Plumbgas to install a new Worcester boiler and Megaflo cylinder and connect to existing solar system which is quite a complex tasks. Plumbing was done to good quality and on time except that the Grundfoss pump was pumping in wrong direction. I was left with the task to rewire the solar management system myself. The pump was fixed next working day. I requested a wiring diagram for the new boiler. This was promised by company but not delivered.
