I recently ordered a custom corner sofa from Plush, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish.
I first saw and tried the lounge in one of their showrooms, which gave me confidence in the comfort and quality before placing my order online. I was able to choose my preferred colour and configuration, and the custom-made process was smooth and straightforward.
Delivery to my home was well organised, and the sofa arrived exactly as I had envisioned. The quality is fantastic — it’s firm, supportive, and clearly very well made. You can tell attention to detail has gone into both the construction and finish.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s always a bit of a leap ordering custom furniture online, but in this case, it turned out perfectly. I would definitely recommend Plush to anyone looking for a stylish, well-crafted sofa tailored to their preferences.

Very bad after care service. Very bad delivery drivers who throw the furniture around & take no care. Lounge now making noises after 1 week. Probably caused by the way the delivery guys were unpacking the furniture & the way they were throwing the lounges around. I have phoned Plush to complain & there appears to be no one there who cares especially when I explained my circumstances. DO NOT BUY FROM PLUSH. I should’ve read the bad reviews before I made the purchase.
Plush Sofas warranty lies
Plush Sofas (and Nick Scali) advertise warranties that sound reassuring, but the reality of making a claim feels like misleading information and non-commitment to customers.
In my case, I made a warranty claim for a lounge that had developed a manufacturing fault over time—not damage caused by normal wear and tear. Despite that, they would not proceed with anything until I paid $60 for someone to come out and inspect my lounge. I was not told at the point of sale that I would be required to pay an inspection fee before any action was taken.
After that, I was then told about pro rata charges after five years, meaning that even under the “warranty,” repairs could require me to pay toward the cost. Crucially, I was not informed of this pro rata requirement at the time of purchase. That information only appeared later in the claims process, which is exactly the kind of lack of upfront disclosure that undermines trust.
When I bought my lounges, I was told there was a 10-year warranty on the frames and a 10-year warranty on manufacturing. That is not how the claim has been handled. Instead of addressing what I was sold and what I reported as a manufacturing issue, Plush/Nick Scali keep fobbing me off and refusing to properly engage with what was represented to me at purchase. They appear more interested in process obstacles than in resolving the fault.
Based on my experience, my advice to consumers is simple: do not buy from Plush Sofas or Nick Scali if you expect warranty coverage to be straightforward. Their warranty process involves hidden costs (like inspection fees), and the financial outcome after a few years can change because of pro rata terms that customers are not told early enough to make an informed decision.
I am raising this because a warranty should mean something beyond marketing. If a company wants customers to believe in warranty coverage, it must clearly disclose all claim steps, any fees, and any pro rata or customer-payment obligations at the point of sale—especially when the issue is a manufacturing fault and not wear and tear.

DONT BUY THIS RUBBISH. its way over priced and there 10 years warranty is not worth the paper it printed on DO NOT make the mistake of buying this rubbish from the moment mine arrived it was damaged and yes part of it they fixed but parts of it where crushed and oh no that will come back in time now just over 5 years its still there and there is another problem i have now oh no its WEAR AND TEAR please do not be FOOLED ITS RUBBISH AND YES MADE IN CHINA. I'm talking PLUSH in general its rubbish.
IF you buy this rubbish you will be sorry trust me .

We looked in store and the quality of couches far outweigh some of the other ones we saw. We did feel it was a bit much so we waited for a sale. The ability to buy these couches online was a game changer for me.
The delivery process was also amazing. They assembled, took the rubbish and provided amazing service.

we bought a lounge in july waited till october to get it ,buy january there was no lumber support we complained they came out and said it was normal for the foam inside to fail we are not happy we should have just bought one from fantastic furniture people save your money and buy elsewhere
Very disappointed with the sofas I…
Very disappointed with the sofas I recently purchased.
From day one, there has been a visible defect in the lower back corner where the fabric forms a wave or ripple, leaving the finish uneven and poorly fitted. The backrest cushions also appear to have no internal lining, with the foam placed directly inside the outer fabric. As a result, they have already become dented and distorted. For a brand new sofa, this points to poor workmanship and quality control.
This is also a health concern,. To clean the covers, the foam must be removed directly from the outer fabric, which can release dust and particles. I have children with allergies and was never informed about this type of cushion construction at the time of purchase.
To make matters worse, I was quoted $90 for delivery, the. 105 on paper (ok with it ), but was charged $135 on the day of the delivery.
The next available technician appointment is 3 March, which is an unreasonable delay for a new product with clear faults.
I am requesting urgent inspection and a proper resolution. I expected far better quality and service.

We have an 8 year old lounge that is in excellent condition except for the area on the single seater where the leather has worn through behind my head, we tried to make a warranty claim and they sent someone out that said it’s normal ware and tear so the 10 year warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on! They said to bad we won’t fix it! They didn’t even give us a repair option, when you spend
5 K on a lounge you would expect it lasts longer than the 10 year warranty period.
Typical of a large company not honouring their warranty or using any means to get out of it!
