I love your books and want to get the word out there....the words are so true and so beautifully laid out.I struggle with the price of the full sized books,but the minis are easier for me to afford.

First time buying from this company and what a pleasure.
Everything comes so well packaged.
The lady was so kind, with a little handwritten note explaining that an item was out of stock and I had been refunded but very kindly had included a replacement free of charge, it was an extremely kind gesture, very much appreciated and I will definitely buy from them again 😊

Wonderful small business
I saw Pockets of Bliss on Instagram and immediately ordered a number of items relating to grief as I've suffered a tragic loss in the past year and hoped that these items would help. I received the items very promptly. When there was a small problem with one of them, Sian was lovely and rectified it immediately. They are beautiful and really help with managing my grief. Thanks so much Sian. x

Waste of money and bad customer service
Only received 3 items which were a pack of pencils a face mask and a thin coloring book. Customer service was rubbish I was told she had been busy "having her tea". Very unprofessional

I think we are supposed to be really nice and not speak honestly when we are left reviews, unfortunately for you, I’m a honest person.
I knew this review was coming as you was out for me from the get go! You got 5 items not 3, I know this because I only order the amount I need and no items were left, plus I double check all my sub boxes, it’s a reasonably new concept for me and so I don’t have loads of subscribers, so I’m very aware of each and every box.
Secondly, you are completely taking the ‘I’m having my tea’ out of context. You contacted me on a Sunday! Most businesses wouldn’t even reply, however I do. I then replied a little late to one of your messages because I was having my dinner (Sunday evening) and I apologised to you and told you this. Infact here’s the actual snippet - Hi Holly
Sorry for the late reply. I’m currently eating my dinner 😊 - how is this rude. It’s not, you’re just trying to portray me as a rude person, it won’t stick, because I’m not, I never have been.
Holly, I’m not a rude or unkind person, actually I know I’m a very kind, loving and compassionate person, but you was adamant you was going to be a not so nice person from the start. Leaving my small business a 1 star is a horrible thing to do, all I did wrong was send you a box you didn’t like, maybe I don’t get things right all the time, I apologised and said I will learn, I’m only human, but you was just spiteful and still left me this horrible review.
I hope you find more kindness in your heart, it’s nicer to be nice.
Amazing service, definitely buying from here again
I ordered a mystery box then realises that I should have put a note on my order to say I’m allergic to something. So I sent an email and got a personal response the same day saying thanks for letting them know and they would make sure there was nothing in that I was allergic to.
Great packaging, definitely was a treat. The items inside my box were amazing. Absolutely love the shea body butter and the eye mask was a great way to relax while watching tv.
I am definitely going to be getting another box when it’s pay day again

Wonderful thoughtful experience
I was in contact with the owner and she responded in a timely and effencient manner, amending her stock when something sold out so I could still get some of the product I really wanted. Everything was packaged in a lovely box and I could tell it was all very thought out. I would definitely use this company again.
