When if first realise I needed to make a claim I rang and couldn’t get though , so I rang customer service and the guy on the other end of the phone when though the claim with me.the surveyor came the next day and my claim was complete the day after well done policy Expert

First class, easy to navigate the portal, assessor turned up when he said he would. Explained everything on the policy I have and settlement received the very next day. Outstanding. I have never claimed on any insurance policy before and it was a great experience.

Very disappointing service had a policy old for new when I reported a leak I called up and explained what happened and asked them to repair was told I had to get estimates they don’t so I did sent them in in the mean time a assessor came out and agreed what I needed done weeks later they replied with they needed estimates with my address on it so had to do again the amount came to 10k approximately they come back with a offer of just past 6k and due to the company not being vat registered they didn’t except this each correspondence token weeks inbetween and they give the excuse they were busy with other claims this has taken so long my hand was forced to except the offer leaving me to try and do a lot of the unskilled work myself inbetween working and have a lower standard of flooring that I had so I could get my home back to a living standard the areas damaged were my lounge and bathroom so you can imagine how I have to live this toke over two months before I had to except the claim giving me 5-6 weeks to get my home ready for Xmas if I can get the trade men in I need
Leave this company well alone bullies praying on your situation changing goal posts and god knows what hide book for prices they use must be 20 years old

The low score is because of the poor communication from the insurers when I had to make claim from being hit by a third party. I wasn't given a courtesy car, even though I always request it when insuring a car.

Efficiently handled. Quick responses. Directions of what to do given. Settlement was sorted in just over three weeks.
