I do not recommend having insurance with this company. The level of communication is poor, they answer emails very slowly, do not send contracts on time—or at all—and then impose their own terms. They just send an invoice and say they will charge it, without an official contract. When you want to cancel, they say it’s only possible after a year, but where is that written? Nowhere. They mentioned a 14-day cooling-off period, but on day 11, they already claim that period is over. Just ridiculous. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Tragedia.
Tragedia.. w czasie podpisania umowy w lutym '23 na leasing samochodu i ubezpieczenie wszystko przebiegło dobrze, ale w czasie przeprowadzki ze względu na studia, dostałem krótki telefon z zapytaniem o uaktualnienie nowego adresu, kiedy podałem hiszpański adres, połączenie zostało ucięte. W lutym '25 przyjechałem samochodem na APK, przy czym zostałem zatrzymany przez policję i rzucony o asfalt z powodu poruszania się kradzionym samochodem, przy spłacie leasingu oraz ubezpieczenia nie miałem nawet 1 dnia opóźnienia, więc moje zdziwienie było podwójne. Okazało się, że firma zgłosiła samochód jako kradziony w grudniu '23 nie informując mnie o tym i dalej pobierając raty za leasing oraz ubezpieczenie, które nie obowiązywało ze względu na status na policji. Finalnie samochód został mi odebrany tego samego dnia a firma do dnia dzisiejszego pobiera z mojego konta pieniądze przez incasso. Przez 14 miesięcy okradaliście mnie nie informując o przebiegu sprawy. Szkoda, ze te głupie uśmieszki i miły ton towarzyszy wam TYLKO przy podpisywaniu umowy, a dalej już macie w d***e klienta, tylko patrząc na zapełniające się konto. ZWYKŁY SCAM!!!

Niestety, moja współpraca z tą ubezpieczalnią to bardzo negatywne doświadczenie.
Sprawy załatwiane są skrajnie powoli, często trzeba się wielokrotnie przypominać. Brakuje fachowej pomocy i rzetelnej informacji, a kontakt z obsługą klienta jest utrudniony.
Miałem do czynienia z wieloma firmami ubezpieczeniowymi i muszę przyznać, że po raz pierwszy spotykam się z tak niskim standardem obsługi.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam – szkoda nerwów i czasu.

Dit bedrijf verdient het niet om te opereren in klant relație!
Het is een zeer vervelend, vreemd en indringend bureau in het haken van klanten!
Ze behandelen klanten ook met onbeschaamdheid en zonder een beetje respect!
Ik wilde met hen samenwerken bij het kopen van een auto, maar ze hebben een gevaarlijke regel..... Ik stuur een link naar de klant waarmee de klant ermee instemt dat zijn bankrekening wordt geverifieerd en gevolgd!!
Ik zei dat zoiets onacceptabel is en hun antwoord was dat alle bedrijven in Nederland hetzelfde doen!
Wat een leugen!
We hebben aangegeven dat alle Nederlandse bedrijven het laatste bankafschrift nodig hebben, niet dat de klant via een door hen verzonden link (polisa.nl) accepteert dat zijn bankrekening door hen wordt doorzocht, gevolgd of bank met samenwerken!
Het antwoord van die ondeugende man was om naar het bedrijf te gaan dat alleen om het laatste bankafschrift vraagt en het gesprek af te sluiten!
Ik neem geen mensen aan
Ze zijn niet betrouwbaar en zijn extreem ondeugend!

I strongly recommend not to have any insurance with this company. They are very unprofessional. My insurance was canceled supposedly because I didn’t pay. But I paid all my bills on time. His records were incorrect. I received a lot of calls to remind me of something that never happened

i ve made a company insurance for zzp and after few days i ve tried to close it because ing give me a better deal , but seems they force me keep the insurance they don t want me to close it even if it was in thise 14 days .bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Polisa.nl. Initially, I requested a house insurance quote but decided to cancel it before the start date because ING Bank offered a much better price. The cancellation seemed straightforward with Vaiva and I received confirmation via email from Raimonda on January 31st, stating that no direct debits would be made.
To my shock, on February 4th, €69.67 was debited from my account despite the clear confirmation. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust. I immediately requested a refund through my bank, reported the unauthorized transaction, and blocked Polisa.nl from making further debits.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. There are plenty of legitimate insurance providers in the Netherlands that offer better prices and transparent practices. Polisa.nl seems to take advantage of people who may not speak English or Dutch fluently, which is unethical.
I hope this kind of behavior is not tolerated in the Netherlands, and I will not be using their services again.

Avoid these insurance thieves. All lies in their advertisements. After signing the contract, nothing is correct and then they don't give a damn. They extort money from people.
