We have over 200 deliveries to our site every year. Most couriers manage to deliver goods we order. We were not closed on the dates. People were at our business premises. Your courier failed to make contact with people on site. To spend 2 hours collecting goods I have paid for a courier to deliver or to pay an again for the same delivery is not a good solution.
It is the sign of a bad supplier that hides behind ‘couriers’. You have our money still and we have no paint.
Like we said. An awful experience and we will go elsewhere for this simple buy and delivery process. You also delayed delivery twice after we ordered. Check your emails.

It's now June and the promised refund of the paint we never recieved has not been paid. We are out of pocket in time and money. This is really a bad business to deal with!!.

Your order was dispatched six days after the order date because the colour you chose is manufactured to order, as explained previously. The courier attempted delivery twice, but no one was available at the address. Although you initially informed us that you were on holiday, you later stated that you were there to receive the goods.
We offered to redeliver the goods, but since you expressed dissatisfaction with the courier, we also provided the option to collect the goods from the courier's depot. Unfortunately, neither option was satisfactory for you, so we arranged to have the goods returned to us for a refund, which is currently being processed.
We apologise for any inconvenience and regret that you are still unhappy with our service.

As a supply business, we rely on outsourced couriers for delivery. We select these couriers carefully and continuously monitor their performance, understanding that they reflect our service.
Regarding your order, we informed you that the specified RAL color needed to be specially made, resulting in a longer lead time compared to colors we have in stock. As you stated in your email this delay unfortunately coincided with your vacation week, leading to two failed delivery attempts while no one was available on site.
We work diligently to coordinate with our customers and ensure timely delivery of goods. We regret that your experience was not satisfactory and will continue to monitor the performance of all third-party companies to make necessary improvements. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to enhance our service.

Firstly a huge thank you to the sales…
Firstly a huge thank you to the sales team at Polycote for guidance and choosing the right product for my application. Phone was always answered promptly and each team member I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable in the Polycote products. I Used Polycote PU to patch in floor chase holding service pipes. Found the product really easy to use, mix and apply. Very plasticised in its consistency when mixed with paddle and easy to lay but found the Polycote solvent cleaner a must, as obtained a really nice finish by keeping the trowel and hand tools clean when applying. A slight sprinkle of solvent also helped over the patched area when trowelling up especially when trying to get a feather edge finish. You do have around 20mins or so to use so made sure everything was at hand ready to go but very satisfied with the finish I got and I would certainly recommend Polycote Products to the Business or DIY World. Industrial warehouse floor epair
Required some PU floor coating for an industrial floor. Contacted Polycote's sales team, who were extremely knowledgeable advising on the best options for the current flooring substrate.
For a small charge they also split the order into smaller quantities which has prevented us from wasting materials which would have been consumed or discarded immediately.
From order through to delivery the service was excellent. The product was easy to lay and the results are excellent.
Would definitely recommend and will use for future projects.
