I looked at these shirts for a couple of months before buying because they're so expensive. I ended up buying flannel for my 25 year old son and a lightweight one for my husband. They both wear tall, and there were few options available because it was a holiday and everything was sold out. They both loved the shirts, my son wears his constantly. But I just couldn't live with the color of my husband's. I regrettably chose it because it was the only color available in XLT - Froglegs. It was a weird mint green that almost looked like a dirty white. Anyway, the return was free and simple! I will definitely buy again once they restock with other colors.

Bought three shirts for my husband… We love them!

Generally, the shirts are very good. I’m taller and the sleeve length is great. I own a few, and the oldest one is over a year old. It’s showing some piling now, but otherwise it’s still good. Looking at other nice flannel shirts, these are in the same price range.

They started using DHL to deliver, which means it’ll take over 2 weeks. I emailed customer service to follow up on my last order, and they said the it’ll be delivered 4-7 days after the carrier receives it, but they consider USPS the carrier. DHL hands off to USPS, so it ends up taking a long time.

The hoody felt very cheap especially around the wrist cuff. By the end of the first day it had stretched out to 1 1/2 times the original diameter. If you are wanting a well constructed shirt to last a while this is not it.

First shirt I ordered as a gift was the wrong size, but I was able to easily and seamlessly complete an exchange. Again, I requested the wrong fit when doing the exchange, and reached out via email. Angie was quick to respond and give me options on how to get the right item. Best customer service I have received and excellent products. Will be back for more.

I ordered two shirts for my husband for Father's Day. He loved them, they seem like great quality and well made and the fabric is so soft. But after one wearing and wash the fabric is pilling in large patches. I emailed customer support asking if they use a different type of fabric in any of their other styles of shirts that we might try instead, and I got an AI response saying that we could do a return through the link. No answer to the question about fabrics. So we are returning both shirts and won't get anything else from them.

My favorite brand! Wore their shirts every day I went to the Hondo Rodeo recently!
