Mario and Craig delivered my chair today. They arrived timely, were very pleasant, checked all was okay before they left.

Another great experience with the Ponsford carpet fitters Graeme and Will. After my last carpet fitting in the hall and lounge, I booked them again to do my two bedrooms with the same brand of carpet and again it was fitted to perfection. Only one more room to go before I've replaced all the rubbish the builders put down in my new build bungalow and guess where I'm going for that!

Marino and Rob delivered our huge sofas, rugs and tables today.
Really friendly guys - a pleasure to interact with.
They phoned before arrival. Were exactly on time. Clarified several times the configuration of the furniture. Even took the legs off the sofas so as not to damage any paintwork.
They gave me lots of advice too to prevent damage to the furniture and flooring.
They took all the packaging away.

My sofa was delivered today by Marino and Rob. They were very efficient and friendly. Very pleased with the sofa.

After refurbishing our home we were in need of some new furniture. We spent a lot of time in Ponsfords assessing the wide range of options. The range of choice is excellent and all the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. We initially bought a sofa after receiving a great deal of information and support from Mary and Carl. We are very happy with it.
Then we moved onto exploring tv consoles and sideboards and as a result spent a great deal of time with Jonathon. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he produced a number of designs for us to consider. We bought two low boards that have proved to perfectly meet our needs and now have a sideboard and new dining chairs on order. Jonathon guided us through all this activity and his patience and knowledge has been very much appreciated.

Graeme and Paul did a speedy, efficient and tidy job fitting a new carpet in an attic room earlier today. They even helped us vacuum the room before fitting, a task made necessary due to some last minute plumbing adjustments that occurred in the same room this morning. Thanks again.

We had a carpet fitted on our stairs and landing by Paul (with assistance from Graeme, Will and Callum). Paul worked a very long day and completed the job to a very high standard. In order to complete the job within the day he was joined by his colleagues Graeme and Will in the afternoon. We are delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Ponsford for carpets. Karl who came to measure up and advise us was also a big help as well.

5* service from start to finish. A special mention to the delivery people Craig and Marino who were polite, considerate, professional and lovely chaps too!

New sofa delivered today by Craig and Marino. Arrived right on schedule, not the easiest house to manoeuvre a sofa into but it was in, unwrapped and assembled in two minutes flat.

Just taken delivery of a 3 and 2 seat sofa, with the old one taken away. Marino and Craig were fab - ensuring everything was carried out safely and easily. They even put up with my very chatty 3 year old's distractions! Thanks, Ponsford, for a smooth process from the showroom to our living room. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I was particularly grateful for the accurate 2 hour delivery window.
