Correct product at a good price
I was a bit skeptical to order because the price was so good and the item pictured was slightly different than the one described. Glad I did! Pool Supply Delivery sent the right product at the right price. Shipping was pretty fast as well.

Lisa, I truly apologize for the delay. I believe in being 100% transparent and honest. I looked into your order since you provided your order number (thank you for that!). I see you ordered the item on the afternoon of November 30th and it was shipped within 24 hours and tracking details were sent on December 1st, early afternoon.
You are 100% right - there is NO reason for your order to take that long. We shipped within 24 hours and the sad thing is that the product shipped from a warehouse just 3 states away from you as far as I can see. We are use to shipping at the most (FL to CA) take 5 business days.
I'm going to be honest and I don't want this to sound like an excuse as it's not - just the truth. USPS is having a MAJOR problem right now due to Holidays + COVID-19 + combo of the two among other issues. We have experienced multiple delays like this as well as it's made National news all over the USA. I just did a Google search for "USPS Shipping Delays", "USPS Delays" - if you Google yourself you will see what I'm talking about - here are 2 links which I found real quick: http://bit.ly/uspsdelay1 & http://bit.ly/uspsdelay2 .
With that all said, I'm not going to just blame USPS and go about my day. Fact is, you bought from us and we will stand by and do EVERYTHING in our power to make it right for you or take care of you in the best way possible. I personally will contact USPS as well as our rep (we do a TON of business with USPS) - I will find a solution for you, even if I have to overnight you a bottle of what you purchased to hold you over (using FedEx) - I would do that for you - for obviously no cost to you. Let me work on this first thing tomorrow and I will reach out to you personally and give you a few options.

Product is fine
Product is fine, arriving just today. Didn't expect to get it quickly except vendor shared shipping info early and then send to sit on the package as it was days after the shipping label was printed that it final was dropped off to/picked up by shipper. Then trust pilot requested feedback on product a week before delivery. So it seems something went awry with shipping.
