Very professional and friendly service.Very pleased with everything .The engineer who fitted our products was very efficient and polite aswell.Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Top-class service from Port Marine Bathroom! Neil helped us redesign a tight downstairs cloakroom to add a shower cubicle and relocate the toilet and basin for elderly access. His design maximized the tiny space perfectly, and he got the team on site without delay.
David was exceptional throughout—always punctual, polite, and hardworking. At the end of every day, he made sure to tidy up thoroughly and leave the area clean.
David is a true craftsman; his precision and attention to detail before every stage were remarkable. The tiling is absolutely immaculate.
We are delighted with the finished room—it's incredibly practical and looks stunning. Thank you to the whole team!

Great service from initial enquiry to sorting out our problem. Dave did an amazing job of sorting out our leaking toilet. Highly recommend will certainly use Port Marine Bathrooms again.

Neil was helpful, kept us informed and answered questions promptly, the workmanship by Adrian was very good. We are pleased with our new bathrooms and happy to recommend Port Marine Bathrooms.

I needed some replacement parts for a very old Merlin shower cubicle. Could not identify correct parts on Merlyn web site. Since Port Marine are Merlyn dealers I went to them for advice. They said ‘leave it with me’. They contacted Merlyn on my behalf, identified the right parts, and they were shipped to me from Ireland in a few days. Neither Port Marine nor Merlyn made any charge for this service!! You cannot fault that for excellent customer service. Next time I need bathroom or kitchen work I will go to Port Marine. They have an exemplary approach to customer service.

Good product, well installed. Fitters were considerate.

I would highly recommend Port Marine Bathrooms

Excellent job. No complaints at all.

Very pleased with the results and with the service. Would have no hesitation in recommending Neil and his team.

Good professional service from start to finish.

Gratitude goes to Neil and his fantastic crew, especially Dave. Their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process were commendable. The outcome in both bathrooms was outstanding, and they managed my last-minute changes with remarkable efficiency and thoughtfulness. I would wholeheartedly choose Neil and his team again without a second thought. Thanks once more!

The team were excellent and very clean in the refit of our ensuite. They rectified any issues without any fuss. I highly recommend Neil and his staff.

Had an en-suite designed supplied and fitted. Excellent job and good advice on the design. Good quality fittings would recommend

We are delighted with our new bathroom. We thank Dave and Will for all their hard work, and Neil for the planning.

We would have scored them 9 out of 10 but we are unable to do that, hence the four stars. The reason for this is that communication could have been better and the job took longer than expected because one or two days were missed.

An amazing job from start to end. Neil was really patient in the design process for our ensuite replacement and working out some great options for what we preferred whilst making great recommendations too for things. Was a very dated ensuite when we bought the house and is now a breath of fresh air and much more usable now. Will and Dave were on site for the work and was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home which they were incredibly respectful of and tidied daily. Next now is the main bathroom and have no concerns using them again for this as I know it'll be just as good again.

Very efficient timely service provided to solve a bathroom toilet leak.

Items fitted were good quality and work done very neatly and serviced excellent. All staff I had contact with were helpful and very pleasant.

We have had a very modern bathroom to replace our ageing 29 year old example !
The work has been completed to a very high standard and looks amazing .
Special thanks to Dave who worked so hard to complete the project .
A pump was fitted as part of the build to boost water pressures , as a bonus the entire house now benefits with better water flow .
