I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, for years I’ve used another company for rubbish disposal but can honestly say I’ll be using Joes Junk going forward. The lads were professional, prompt, polite, tidy and honest. I had a garage cleared which had accumulated 20 years of rubbish and they were done within 2 hours and cleared the residue dust and rubbish too! Brilliant service, thank you so much lads!

Contacted Joe Junk at 09.00 this morning. Sent the photo as requested. Received the quote. All the Rubbish in the shed was cleared by 13.00 the same day. Thanks for a 5 ☆, speedy Rubbish removal service. Would use Joe Junk again.

Excellent last minute collection, canny lads, tidy, helpful totally recommend this business 💯

Messaged them at 7.30 in the morning and rubbish was uplifted and away for 10.30am same day .very reasonable priced and great communication what more could you ask for will definitely be using again

Excellent service. Polite, efficient and very fair pricing. Same day collection too.

Just had Paul and Richard do a full house clearance at my property today. They messaged me ahead of time to advise they were on their way then messages 10minuted before they arrived to update me.
All the rubbish was in the garage and boiler house and some addition boxes were in my front porch. There were a few items in the back garden too. So there was a lot of stuff.
The guys cleared all that with an hour. they were polite and nothing was too much trouble. They even swept out the garage. Good job guys. Thanks for your hard work today. will definitely recommend Joe junk for any kind of house clearance.

Described what required removal, got a quote, confirmed this via email and organised removal. When arriving was informed the quote was incorrect and actual price would be 2.5 times the original price. Offered to knock off £30 but still more than double the quoted price. I went ahead as needed the furniture removed but would have found alternatives if I had known this cost up front.

Brilliant service, they removed everything quickly. One of the lads needed to use my toilet and even removed his shoes to do so without asking.

Michael and Paul were fantastic! Professional service and will certainly use again

Sent WhatsApp message got response straight back sent picture of what I wanted picked up sent price been to today taken all away great job done and good price will use again highly recommend

Excellent service from Newcastle team: Competitive quote, quick response, came when they said they would and did the job with a great attitude.

Great stuff really quick and helpful .. sorted within hours and really positive from my viewpoint .. pricey but worth it

Gary and George arrived on time and under difficult circumstances they did a terrific job and left my garden clean and tidy , I would definitely recommend, 5 * service thank you

They were brilliant, we had a load of waste wood and a pallet from an old wood store we’d taken down and the guys came and collected it within the hour on the same day. Great service, will definitely be recommending them to everyone :) thanks so much!

2 great lads,
Chris and another lad who’s name I forgot,
Both very polite pleasant lads,
They arrived on time and completed the job,
Great service and would definitely recommend

Being able to sort out the challenge of shizzle in the garden so quickly, pain-free, and, to be fair, at a very reasonable cost. Good communication and service; would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks

Absolutely superb service. I called at 8:30am needing same day collection of bulk furniture, Findlay on the phone was very helpful, and it was gone by 2pm - Barry even disassembled bed frames that wouldn’t fit out of the door with zero fuss. Both the guys were so friendly and professional, cannot recommend them highly enough.
