I was a little skeptical about having a portrait done via the internet, but PortraitsOnDemand totally blew me away with their speed AND quality! I sent a photo of one of our horses that passed away as a gift for my husband. Less than a week later, PortraitsOnDemand started sending me proofs. The first time they sent an update of the actual painting, I opened the proof while sitting with my husband, burst into tears, and had to run into the other room so as not to give away the surprise! This service is fantastic. High standard. Surprised I only just discovered this service. It needs more visible in popular culture and knock another boring selfie off your phone. The art, photo comparison is outstanding as is the punctual service and of course the talent.

PortraitsOnDemand went above and beyond for my paintings! They were willing to work with me and kept in great communication with me through every step of the process! Their artists are absolutely fabulous. I had two paintings done by two different artists and they were both AMAZING and turned out better than I could’ve imagined. I HIGHLY recommend their work! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Second portrait is now being painted. Some confusion on the complexion but we are in touch. First portrait was fine but wished complexion was lighter. I accepted.

The first attempt at a oil of my individuals came with parts not painted or missing like is was brush stokes missing in various spots. I thought it was shipped wet, however there WAS no oil paint on the bubble wrap so it was intentionally shipped in this condition. I was mortified. They did have it redone by someone different which i had to wait.. and it was ok.. i contacted them and said , because of this i thought it was appropriate to offer a free oil or greatly reduced painting.. lol i got the same 15% everyone else gets.. i would say its a coin toss ..i wont be using this service again

They redid the piece.. offered a substantial discount on a new piece and the redone painting is gorgeous 💯
