Abbiamo affittato una villa in Toscana tramite loro e finora tutto è stato molto positivo. Team serio e disponibile, risposte rapide e ottima organizzazione. Ci è piaciuto molto il sistema di prenotazione automatizzato, davvero comodo e intuitivo. Li consigliamo volentieri.

Easy to book, good comunication for confirmations

Ho affittato numerosi casali in passato, e a tutti ho dato cinque stelle. Qui alla villa Casentino, nota anche come Podere Sant’Egidio, ho avuto la mia peggiore esperienza. Casale modesto, impianto di climatizzazione inizialmente non funzionante, dotazioni di base scarsissime, qualità wifi molto scarsa, pulizia carente in alcuni ambienti, tv non funzionante sono solo alcuni di questi aspetti. Ma il culmine è stato il costo aggiuntivo per la climatizzazione che mi è stato richiesto. Nonostante la prenotazione prevedesse l’inclusione del riscaldamento per un normale utilizzo, e nonostante l’impianto non funzionasse correttamente il primo giorno, alla fine del soggiorno di quattro giorni mi e’ stato chiesto un importo aggiuntivo di ben duecento cinquantà euro per i consumi. Peraltro senza che mi sia mia stato mostrato il valore iniziale del contatore. Interpellato anche il proprietario per rilevare la questione, questi ha risposto che era normale che il costo effettivo eccedesse quello coperto dalla prenotazione e che per 4 giorni era normale un consumo di corrente era di quàttro centoc inquanta euro (di cui solo la metà coperti dal normale utilizzo), praticamente presentando come normale un costo per energia elettrica equivalente a cinque mìla euro su base mensile. Ci sono molti bei casali referenziati nei dintorni, evitate questo se potete, così come sconsiglio vivamente l’agenzia intermediaria gestore di questa prenotazione, posarellivillas.it, che mi ha più volte ribadito la l’inclusione nel prezzo dell’energia legata ad un normale utilizzo.

The villa was wonderful, clean with breath taking views over Albanian mountains and the lagoon and sea across. The swimming pool was cold and needed cleaned and was attended to on our last day which was sunny.
Beds were very comfortable and so were the sheets. All bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms.
Sunrise from the villa is wonderful.
The side road to the villa is really bad with potholes and no tarmac so be careful.
Better direction to the villa with pictures of landmarks would be helpful.
There was no water, milk or salt/ oil on arrival. Basics to set us up would have been useful.
Also sign posting to shops close by and a map showing this would be useful.
Places to visit and restaurants recommendations would have been useful.

The website is easy to navigate and the purchasing process went smoothly. I asked for additional information through the chatbot and received a quick response. The chatbot forwarded my request to the service center, and I received an email reply the next morning. Then I had a question and I sent an email and got a quick reply back. Bait and Switch. I booked the heavily advertised Tuscan Castle Experience in July of 2025. Reservation was paid for and my stay was noted as "confirmed" in the voucher I received within one day. Fast forward to February 2026, two months prior to the trip, and I receive an email purporting to move my stay to a location over an hour away, no restaurant on site, middle of nowhere. I try to check the property but the link is broken. Posarelli claims they didn't know that they did not have availability for my stay when i booked it. Of course its their obligation to know. As a result of their mistake, without informing me of the mistake, and without consulting me or asking me, they decided to send me to a completely different type of property (not a castle, no services, more like an airbnb) and suggested i should be happy about it. They refuse to call despite promises to do so, and they suggest i should make an international long-distance call if I really want to talk to them. As far as i can tell, they heavily advertise the Tuscan Castle and then move people to underperforming properties.

Le site internet est très facile d'utilisation. Il est remplis de détail et de précision qui permet de bien choisir ce que nous désirons comme lieu pour les vacances dans le sud de l'Italie. Comparé à d'autres services commerciaux sur Internet, celui-ci est supérieur en tout point !
