I had an issue with my Aegean 1700 Steam Whirlpool Bath With AirSpa. Gary from Customer Support not only helped with the order of the shower valve but sent a video guiding me through the replacement process. Waiting for the spare part to arrive. Many thanks!

This shower was easy to assemble, although not a one person job as panels were heavy but once together looked great and worked first time. I was missing some seals in the box but the Tech support team sent them straight out, can’t fault the service.

Very simple and efficient on line purchase

Absolutely love our new outdoor sofa set from Posh! The furniture is sturdy and elegant, and we've had lots of compliments from guests. The delivery was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Customer service was fantastic. You ring they answer the phone in just a few minutes and are extremely polite. We emailed and they replied straightaway In the same manner.

We had an issue with one of the items, no fault of Posh but down to the manufacturers. Posh was very apologetic and we agreed very quickly on a solution. We also had an item missing and they made sure we received it the very next day. Both items have been installed, work well and look good.

We are very happy with our experience with Posh and highly recommend them.

I had a mixed experience with Posh. The furniture quality is good, and their designs are stylish and sturdy. Delivery for my order was smooth, but I unfortunately experienced poor communication on another occasion that required extra effort to resolve. Customer service can be helpful, but I think there's room for improvement overall. Decent, but not exceptional.

The first one that I bought would not fit, my fault. They agreed to change it for the smaller model but would charge a small amount for a new cardboard box. They charged £160. Happy with the shower though.

The product is fantastic and looks amazing in our new shower room.

On 30 November 2024 (2 months ago) I made them aware the lights so not work on our sauna.

I received an email asking for photos, which were sent, since then I have emailed several times and I have had zero response.

We would just like a resolution, I don’t normally write reviews but hopefully this works.

Please don’t come back with a silly response like contact customer services, that’s kind of the issue!

The sales side of things was efficient, fast and clear, the staff on the helpline made it an easy process.
The bad points tho are that the product arrived with no instructions, and upon fitting it was discovered that both dual wastes had sheared the bolt that holds them in place. I wasn't able to get a replacement that matched and the helpline was closed over the weekend so had no option but to replace both wastes for new ones.
Once fitted the product worked very well and was a satisfying piece of kit, however as a shower bath, the shower hose bevel proved useless as it let's water run down the hose and under the bath, fortunately, amazon do a replacement part that sorts this issue.
Overall, I love the product but it does take someone with knowledge to be able to overcome any and all issues that may come with it.
