POSH have been exceptionally easy to deal with and ultra-reliable in delivering exactly what they promised. The sauna itself is the best I've ever used: materials are all top quality and we are enjoying it immensely. A really luxurious and relaxing experience.

Orderd a 4 person Vidalux sauna. Service and communication from Posh was very good. The price was on a par with Vidalux direct, with the added towels and dressing gowns (great quality) the reason we ordered through Posh. Although not the fault of Posh, the assembly instructions were frankly useless, as they were for a 2 person sauna. The build time was 2 hours, not the 30 minutes quoted by Vidalux. Would defineately use Posh again.

Simple to order

I purchased a quadrant corner shower cabin from Posh. The kit arrived on time by a pallet delivery firm. Unfortunately, the box containing the shower base tray must have been dropped at some stage as a corner was split and cracked. Posh responded to my email, which contain photographic evidence, quickly by sending a replacement within a couple of days.
The assembly of the cabin was fairly straight forward requiring two people on several occasions. The water drain requires a flexible pipe to facilitate moving the completed cabin into the corner. Not provided.
I am very happy with the cabin and the professionalism of Posh with the damaged item.

Absolutely love this sauna. It is incredibly easy to assemble, 1 person 20mins max. The delivery was prompt and each panel was well wrapped & packaged. Constant communication throughout. The bluetooth speakers are great. It heats up quickly & very comfortable to be in.

Great shower unit. I ordered the SS1000 hydro shower which is a corner pod. Easy purchase on the website, good price too. Updated Comms from the team. Palletised delivery to the front door at a time to suit me. Easy build and a great shower unit. overhead drench is really good. I recommend this shower and Posh.
