Avoid these money hungry bunch. Bought a product on a Friday and it was delivered on a Monday, or that's what said on the tracking via Royal Mail. However, it was never delivered. To give the benefit of doubt, I waited another day to see if it would come but it didn't. I called Power Body to inform them. They didn't believe me and said the driver wouldn't have scanned the parcel if it was delivered at the right address, obviously siding with Royal Mail. I found it comical as the photo for proof of delivery showed approx 20+ parcels in the photo. There was no way in identifying my parcel in the photo. So, it was my word against a photo of 20+ parcels.

I assumed the staff member would be apologetic and would send a replacement item for my troubles. However, this was not the case. They were unapologetic with no empathy and I was told that they'll have to investigate with Royal Mail which would take 4-5 working days which then I'll need to fill out a form which needs to be returned to them to look at and then returned to Royal Mail to investigate further, which is a process that was going to take weeks. I was quite frustrated upon hearing this and asked can a replacement item be sent as this is my medication and I need it urgently as I'm going away in a couple of days and this delay has been very inconvenient for me. They refused and said that this is the process they have to follow.

It's a shame really how you treat your customers. Valuing profits over valuing your customers. Looking at the immediate future, rather that the long term customer lifetime value which would get you more profits if you had more wisdom.

I just bought a replacement from a your competitor and will not be buying from you ever again.

And I'm glad I've made this decision because after doing some investigation, I've noticed they write fake reviews to mask negative ones. If you fake your reviews to deceive your customers then what else can you do? Totally untrustworthy.!!

Hi my name is Marek i ordered few protein tubs and some vitamins after i fnished my order and pay for it i checked the truspilot and saw so many negative reviews and was "oh great" i placed my order on thursday around 7 a.m to my surprise i received my order next day friday at 12:00. I bought premium products for fraction of price with free next day delivery and free samples.. Whoever wrote them negative reviews is clearly trying put the good business down.
I just wanna say thank you to whoever the owner is you just gain a customer and i also recommended you to few of my friends.

They emailed saying: "Your review has been rejected. Reason: Not a constructive review"

Placed my order on Friday before midday, pleasantly surprised to receive a message from the courier, that my order would be delivered by 8pm next day (Saturday). At 8.01pm on Saturday, another message from the courier, stating they could no longer deliver today (no reason), but would deliver on the next working day. Well, todays Wednesday and still no delivery, I’ve contacted customer services twice, and all they can say is please wait, and could you keep us updated on the situation.

The site gets lots of 1 star reviews due to poor service and selling products that will expire soon, and falsely inflates it's overall rating with fake reviews.

I have been buying my vitamins and supplements here for 2 years. I’m very happy with this. Now I decided to write a review, as the delivery method has changed. I am very glad that royal mail is no longer used, now it’s Evry delivery. Everything is very fast and efficient. The quality is always excellent. I'm satisfied. Thanks a lot Powerbody!

According to Google, they were the only UK retailer who had the NOW Foods supplement I was looking for in stock - ordered, got it in two days - fantastic! many thanks!

Had a really poor experience with Nathan over the phone this morning. Called in with a polite and general enquiry as I had been trying to reach Agata for over a month now via email which I've been told is the best way to reach her.

I've had no responses so far from Agata so just called in again to see if anyone could reach out to her just to see if the emails were received and if she could just respond.

Nathan very rudely just said "if she hasn't got back to you, she is not interested". This is without contacting Agata or even checking to see if she has received any emails from me. This doesn't seem like a good way to deal with potential new clients, to be shut down like this very rudely over the phone is not great and then he hung up the phone.

Very poor from a company who I expected better from.

Exceptional service, have been using Powerbody since their early days and they are still my go to supplement supplier.

I was looking for a site to place a bulk order after healthmonthly went bust and came across this site. I did some due diligence and noticed that all of the reviews are fake. Go to any item and Rebecca, Steph or Ernie have provided a gloriously FAKE 5 star review.

If they're faking the reviews then the legitimacy of the products is questionable. I'll pay a premium elsewhere.

Bought inositol from them and was delivered on time, great service.

If you check across the reviews of their products and this website, you'll notice the same names ("Rebecca", "David", etc) appear again and again, all with lengthy, in-depth positive reviews which read more like a product promotion.

Would steer away from this company, at least until they make it possible to filter between real and fake reviews

Glad I found these since Health Monthly went bust thought I would struggle to find Swansons Products but they have a lot in stock plus other brands always delivered promptly

Always superfast delivery ! You offer a better service than the competitors out there! You were the only Supplements shop that delivered during the first lockdown! This is why I've remained as a customer due to the reliability! Btw free samples a nice touch to my loyalty : )
