All returns are FREE using either Royal Mail freepost system (or for larger items, a prepaid courier label)
You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.
You can return things to us up to 14 days after delivery.
If you opt for a replacement, one will be sent out as soon as possible.
If you opt for a refund, a full refund including your postage will be issued as soon as possible.

I can see that we met our agreed terms and packed and shipped your order by the 5th November with DPD however I can see there has been no update since with DPD which is very strange.
We will raise this with DPD as a claim as it seems they may of lost the parcel fustratingly. We will send out a free replacement for you as an apology.

When I contacted the company to complain that my parcel had not arrived (fault of DHL) customer service was most apologetic and immediately assured me that a replacement would be sent. Received the package today, exactly what I wanted, good quality, easy to install. Excellent customer service.

Delivery was excellent however actual…
Delivery was excellent however actual product was very poor. It was to replace an identical one 10 years plus old . It worked but the “bell ring “ compared to the original was very poor ??

Delivery delayed causing issues with planning
I ordered the parts to align with a contractor attending the site to replace the batteries. Due to delays with delivery, I had to rearrange the contractor because the parts did not arrive in time and according to the original estimated delivery timeframe.

Due to the value of your order we processed it to be sent directly from Ansell and therefore you should of received it the next day.
However, we were unaware Ansell are experiencing delays in dispatch of goods out to customers which is probably why yours has taken longer than expected.
This was an unfortunate one-off rare occasion which has hopefully been resovled at Ansell and should you order from us again, your delivery turn around can be a bit quicker!
