7 day delivery when paid for 1-2 day.
Correct item supplied, at a reasonable price, but despite me ordering it on 16th October, and paying extra for a 1-2 day delivery, I had to chase the supplier on the 21st, as nothing had been received. Finally received the item on the 23rd. Actually a 7 day delivery! Okay, so there was a problem with the supplier's supplier, but it shouldn't have been me having to do the chasing.

Power Discount LLP did absolutely fine
Power Discount LLP did absolutely fine, but I would recommend they use a different courier company for delivery of items as mine was delivered to one of my neighbours, not my house. No harm done, but it's definitely not an easily made mistake!

It is funny you say that as we used to be with DPD and recently moved over to DHL, however we are most likley going to be swapping back to DPD in the near future as we believe they are a better courier service all-round.

I ordered 6 LED downlights for my bathroom over a weekend. Power Discount let me know very quickly that they were out of stock but that they would be able to get them to me later the following week. In the end, they turned up on the following Tuesday, which was great. The lights were well packaged and the price very competitive.
