My PC had a blue screen fault due to a corrupted system. PE received my PC and completed the repairs the same day! Their customer care was outstanding, providing good communication and updates throughout the repair process. I fully recommend PE to anyone, especially during the COVID period. Got this Hp laptop a few years ago, and it has been a reliable and efficient machine. The performance has remained solid, handling everyday task without any issues. The build quality is robust, and the keyboard is comfortable for extended typing sessions. Battery life has been decent, listing several hours on a single charge. Although It's now a bit outdated compared to newer models, it continues to serve my needs well. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Powerimp it for similar uses.
