Needs improvement
Too much information at once. I enjoy the possibility to read, problems, flash cards, lectures, and all the other learning exercises that are offered. However it is way too much at once. Needs to be more stream lined on what is actually beneficial. Also the solutions for the problems need to be way more detailed. They should be oriented around how to find it using the handbook of that year. The handbook is utilized by all students and should learn how to solve by navigating through the handbook. Furthermore the lectures that I was sent were all based on a previous out dated handbook. Really frustrating when the professor would refer to a different page from the handbook than the one I will be using on the test.

No refunds, don't purchase.
The learning program is not for me. School of PE is better for my learning understanding but I wanted to try out PPI. No ill will against their program, it's just not for me. I asked for refund and they will not give me a refund for digital material not used. I used the program over a period of 48 hours, realized it did not work for me, and no refund can be issued even though the receipts and return policy say nothing about 'non-refundable.'

Good material bad formatting and planning
Several videos are not the correct length, numerous videos go over 2 hours stated period and study time required. Making it difficult to properly allocate study time. It doesn’t seem like the online demand course matches with the live program. There seemed like there were additional homework’s/lessons not mentioned within the videos. The course material is helpful, with examples and explanations. But the doesn’t focus enough on the fundamentals enough. Overall can’t recommend this course.

PPI Customer Service repeat telling me by email:The cc address you used may have declined due to address. It has to be the address that the credit card is address to.

Chemical FE Review Handbook is a great prep resource
I got the FE Chemical Exam review handbook, which I've found very useful so far (though only 3 chapters in). I really like the general tone and layout of the information, equations, introduction of the exam, etc. I do wish there were more practice problems (with solutions) in the book. It's not too bad using practice problems on the internet and using the handbook as a reference though. Also, book showed up kind of beat up which isn't ideal at this price!

Nuclear PE Module Shortfalls
It would be nice to have Nuclear PE subject matter specific content. I understand it is a low density exam, but it seems dishonest to call it an "Exam Review Program." I recommend calling it a "Nuclear PE Practice Exam" if you don't intend to build out the nuclear program. I'm sure the videos and resources you provide with other programs are wonderful.

This course is not as advertised and not at all worth the money
- Course is not as advertised
- Not updated for the new CBT format - all the lectures reference the old 16 hour exam and the practice exam is also the old 16 hour exam
- Delayed access after purchase
- Lecture slides are riddled with mistakes that the lecturer is constantly fixing
- Video closed captions are incorrect
- Customer support is slow to respond
