I've never seen such a useless coaching center in my life you are very greedy rather to concentrate on teaching and rasan rafi was just explaining the basics of it anyone can do that, I dont have power to cancel the license of your education in the means of daylight robbery all stupidity around by you people and no appropriate refund policy only interested in thefting the money from the students and working professionals. Not fulfiling any of the basic requirements as well very shame on this institute, the only thing used by PPI is books that's all good for nothing. Very rascaldom. I would have rated zero but i dont see any option herein, really such a idiotic and diplomats only for business. I dont have permission but if I hold so it's been 24hrs seized your useless business organization!!! Dont try to deceive public one day you will be be cheated although!!!

PPI provides a lot of great topics that you need to study. They have a lot of exercises for practicing. I refresh a lot of my knowledge by reading and studying the chapters.

THE INSTRUCTOR IS NOT GREAT WITH EXPLAINING THE CONTENT.. JUST READING AND WITH BAD ACCENT TOO!!!

For the ARE 5.0 Programing and analysis it would help if the material covered more in depth the enviromentl section, and the programing section of the exam. With also more quizes in areas and proctive of building efficencies. and programing of activity analysis.

The book was supposed to be for the principles and practices of survey, something to get me ready for the P.S. surveyors exam but it is focused more for the SIT exam instead. I've taken the P.S. exam once and the questions are not even close.

The ease of ordering and speed of delivery

The ordering process was fine, but it would've been helpful for the first confirmation email to say "we'll email you when your order ships" since there was no estimated delivery date or indication if I would be notified when it ships.

I used PPI to study for the Civil: Structural PE exam in August of 2024. There were a lot of things I liked about using PPI, including the huge supply of practice problems, the ability to generate quizzes with custom lengths, and the ability to track my progress on answer times and knowledge areas. I also really appreciated that the PPI interface matched the NCEES one, so it felt really familiar when it came to writing the actual exam. My only criticism were that a handful of the practice problems had issues with the solutions (ie: where the text within the question didn't match the graphic provided, where values presented in the solution didn't correspond to the referenced design standards, etc.) It was nice that there was the ability to report this, but I feel like I came across more instances where I needed to report discrepancies than I would have expected.
Still very happy overall: I passed the PE exam, and would recommend PPI to colleagues who take it in the future.

Overall I really like the training course even through I just started. But I noticed many times the recorded videos takes a long time to load. I have tried refreshing the page and it doesn't always work.

The. On demand professor didn’t cover all the material he was supposed to. Yet covered things that were in the scope of the exam with much detail. He also skipped two classes near the end.

I failed the exam and was given the pass guarantee. But not for a year, only for 3 months… and the only materials I had access to was the same recorded lectures I already watched once.

It’s not set up to help you pass the second time around. A waste of money. Go with a different company.

Material and videos are good to understand concept. The Quizlet are a great tool to revise.

I think the program is great. My only request would be the ability to rearrange the course subjects. For instance, I would have rather studied the subjects in the order of most questions per subject to least, instead of how we learned it in school. This would help if one is pressed for time and need to focus on the meatier subjects.

Customer service is great! however the course is not realistic. I took the on demand and the time they estimate the lecture to take is unreasonable (usually is one hour what they estimate but in reality it takes you at least 2) and then they quiz you right away with very tough questions about what you just read so it leads to frustration. Same as the diagnostic questions they are tough and ended up frustrating you.

The content of the learning hub has greatly helped with learning the information and assisting in achieving passing scores for my exams. Customer service has also been very helpful when needed.

Buggy access. I don't have many free weekends left and today I cannot access courses. My renewal is automatic but if a weekend falls on on a renewal day I am blocked out.
