Faulty item and stole money
I sent my mega phone back as it was missing power cable and the company has not returned my money what a bunch of thieves, don't trust the company stealing £54 after they received their item back i advise dont order from this company.

Thank you for the review - although we are not sure why this has been left. We can see 2 orders - May 2025 and April 2025 for the same product. Both delivered. We can see you reported a missing cable, so we offered to send this but had no reply and instead you opened a case with Paypal. We then supplied a pre-paid DPD return label to get this back within 14 days and never heard from you again. Paypal also didn't hear back from you and closed the case.
We can only refund you if you had returned the item using the label provided. If an item doesn't come back and we never get any enquiry from the customer - which we haven't had - then I'm not sure what else we can do.
Our team are surpised by this review and dissappointed. We certainly don't like being called thieves - particulary when it is an unfair comment.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, only used it once for a gig, and did get the occasional break up of sound, so need to experiment with positioning of the transmitter on my body and the placement of the receiver.

Worst customer service in history
Worst customer service in history, i will never purchase from these lot again. Ive been going back and fourth with this company trying to get my refund for a item i ordered that never arrived for nearly a whole month now . I ordered a rx-3 flight case and then sent me a denon case instead then tried to blame it on amazon . I told them i am a disabled wheelchair user and i can not carry a 9kg case back to a post office to help out your flaws in your business. They stated there nothing that will do to arrange a collection . So i have started legal proceedings for item is not as described consumer rights act 2015. Im really disgraced in the way they have treated me as the customer who has purchased and spent £160 on a item i did not order bareing mind the collection cost £10.50? Some cheap skates

Thank you for flagging this to us as it allowed us to remove the listing so this didn't happen to anywone else.
