Great selection
Bought a lovely pink shirred-top summer dress. Easy to wear - so light and comfy in the warm weather. I’ll be taking it on holiday with me. Precious has a great selection of items. There’s always something that I have my eye on.

Great personalized service
The size I ordered was out of stock, so they substituted for a smaller size, explaining that the shirt was oversized and would probably work. It did, and I was very happy not to miss out on the item altogether if it had not been included.

My friend and I found Sarah,sales person at Precious to be friendly and very helpful. I tried on several dresses before I found the perfect one for me.It needed a little alteration which was no trouble and didn't cost me any more money.

Disappointing service
Really disappointing. Originally bought a dress from precious via trouva which was from this company.
4 days later was told not in stock. Not giving me enough time to purchase anything else for a Christmas party.
However dress re-appeared on the website few days later so snapped it up. Again to be told the next day not in stock.
So basically really messed me about.
So 2 transactions of £90 gone from bank account…. Had to wait usual 5 days to be reimbursed for £180 not giving me the opportunity to hit anything else.
Unfair and unprofessional. Was offered 10% of another purchase as “sorry”.
This would barely cover postage. It’s a no from me.

Hi Stephanie, I'm very sorry to learn of your failed order. Unfortunately we were in the process of moving premises at the time. My colleague and I searched everywhere for the dress which we had both seen recently to fulfil your original Trouva order but without success. We can only conclude that it had been stolen from the shop. Unfortunately when the Trouva order was cancelled the item was automatically re stocked on our own website which allowed you to purchase it for a second time, however there was no dress available as there was only one piece left. It is extremely unusual for this to happen. We are a small independent retailer and know all our stock, I can only apologise again for the inconvenience that you experienced and confirm that we will offer you a 10% discount on a future purchase.
