Well my dumbbell rack was shown online in a grey color with not brand logo visible. When I received the product it was all black and had very visible logos. When I emailed customer support about it I never got a response. Would not order from this shop again.

I purchased the product in early june, they did inform me it would be a couple weeks before delivery. Aound the end of July, they told me it would be august, and then it would be september. Why do companies advertised something to sell that they don't even have in their warehouse, but they will take your money and not one time.Update a delivery status. They offered me a discount twice because of the delay, then whenever I finally asked for a refund, they removed their discount. This is not a good company to do with!

It when very wrong, we placed a Order # 3945 it was a Gas Stove that we paid with our debit card for $1,179.00
Rigth after they collect our Money thsy send a email that the order was canceled for no stock,
So we requested the refund immediately.
4 working days pass and they still dont send our money back to tour Bank institutions. We send more than 4 emails and they always keep saying that they dint collected the Money that they did a Hold to the amount but we went to our Bank asking to see and the Bank confirmed that they did collect the Money. By tomorrow will be another working day and we hope they send us the Money Back

Asad was great. White glove delivery was not. Plan to call and discuss.
