Perfect delivery time, jeans are amazing fit! Love them

Superb service, customer service was really fast

Accepted order even though one of the items was not in stock but not informed, I had to chase. Refunded that item quickly and Customer service contact was quick however had to chase the order again a number of times.
Received order today (14 days after placing order) and one item is an obvious return which has been put back in the wrong packet so received two tops instead of top & joggers. V frustrated

Very poor quality both coats I bought for my son ripped within days Of having them in the same place .

The item is good, it is immaculately built on the exterior, however the inside were sub par: especially the pockets. But it is still an excellent jacket!
My issue is with the courier. I could've given a higher score, but it was so appalling that it ruined the experience for it. It makes me absolutely hesitant to make any future purchases.

I bought Nova Jacket - Black × 1
M on sale for my husband. It came pretty fast. The quality is amazing the jacket is so warm and well made. I would recommend this site to anyone.

Fantastic product at a fantastic price. Fast delivery.

Bought a Nova jacket recently which arrived promptly.
The large came up quite big so returned same day and exchanged for a medium which is perfect.
The return process was also simple and efficiently handled.
Coat is awesome, really like it and would highly recommend Pre London.
A++++++

I bought a pair of slim fit jeans and the fit was excellent for me. A fairly tight fit but not as tight as their skinny jeans and tapered down to the ankle.
The quality is great and the customer service was excellent.

I bought this coat for my son who doesnt wear coats.
He loves it.
Ordered it one day it arrived the next, great customer service A****

The product quality was astonishing, however the false advertising for one day delivery for unnacceptable.

Thankfully we where able to get the coat my son wanted in the sale. The delivery was fair as it was in the xmas holidays. But my son love the coat perfect fit M and quality for the money.

Bought for a 15 year old and he loved it.
