SCAM
Had a phonecall saying I am eligible for a £70 voucher because of a purchase made from a catalogue . London landline , woman with a SA accent . Knew what I bought , my name address and phone number . I said this is a scam, I am going to hang up . called my bank and cancelled my card just in case . Nothing was taken from my account
ALERT - be vigilant
ALERT: some companies take advantage of elderly vulnerable people!! It is very sad when companies promise rewards and take random amounts of money from bank accounts. Have immediately contacted our bank and put in measures to safeguard any random payments going out. BE VERY VIGILANT!!!
Just found out they’ve taken over £2000…
Just found out they’ve taken over £2000 from my dad’s bank account over the past 2 years. Apparently, and he can’t remember doing it, he authorised them to take a yearly membership fee of £74.99. But they’ve not been taking it once a year, oh no! 3 or 4 times a year, plus many other random amounts. He’s 94, can’t hear very well on the phone, and now incredibly upset and embarrassed by having fallen for something like this. I’m furious, and taking him to the bank first thing in the morning to put a stop to this NOW!
Unsure/worried?.....Should we beware Premier??
Beware Premier Offers? I had phone amazing call congratulating me that I'd somehow qualified for up to £70 spending vouchers from Premier Offers to be posted to me. They had my name and address but no mention of my bank details which I did not give them. I've never contacted them previously. I now await anything through the post and, having seen other reviews here, I've contacted my bank who assure me that if PO haven't got my bank details there's nothing to fear and they could block it anyway. They say make no contact with PO and wait and see. I'm a pensioner.
Scamming Fraudulent Company
Scamming Fraudulent Company. They have sent my 98 year old house bound mother in law letters saying she has signed up to them, but she never has. Then they told her they would take 32.99 from her account, she has never given them her bank or card details. This company must be getting peoples information in an illegal way. Why have they not been stopped? How are they allowed to continue to trade?
They have left a 98 year old lady distressed and feeling very vulnerable. luckily they did not take the money as my husband and I contacted the bank and this company to ensure all her details were removed. They say they have but we have had a new card issued to her. Disgusting way of running a company.
These are scammers
These are scammers. I received letters saying that I had signed up to Premier Offers and Premier Body and Mind - which I had most definitely not done - and that £79.45 and £65.50 would be charged on my credit card after a 28 day trial. I contacted my bank who stopped it. In fact they had tried to charge it mid way through the trial period. I am still concerned at how they picked up my personal info including credit card. Disgusting.
Scam Scam Scam !!!!!
Similar situation to the other reviews I've read here . Thankfully my Credit Card company declined the payment and sent me a text to alert me that they were attempting to take £65.99 out of my account .I had to cancel my Credit card and get a new one.
Be very wary of this company !!
This company are total scammers
This company are total scammers, had a call from a foreign fast speaking person who went on about 'I don't know what' he said I will send the paperwork out to you. Next thing I know is I got a 'fraud' alert from my card company. How did they get my details when I had not used my card for several months? DO NOT USE THEM!! Order a replacement card.
Ps This company has sent another letter asking to cancel account. Action Fraud have advised me that it is not illegal???
Unbelievable.....Warning.......
Following on from my previous review I have, this morning, received a Premier Offers Direct brochure and leaflets addressed to 'The Householder' at my address.
Alarm bells were sent ringing with me!
This Company is sending brochures through the post to Householders obviously to drum up business so to obtain personal, bank and credit card details.
Many elderly and disabled people may not be aware of this when ordering. The brochure is designed to attract this group of people.
PLEASE, please be very careful dealing with these people. They store your card details then put unauthorised payments through your account! Check your statements regularly and my advice, chuck the brochure in the bin!
Attempted to take £65.50 out of my card. I've bought nothing from them. Reported as scam.
Attempted to take £65.50 out of my card
My elderly mother had £79.45 deducted…
My elderly mother had £79.45 deducted from her card. I emailed them to ask how they got her bank details, I got no response to this answer, although the money was refunded direct. Could find no record of this ever been authorised, nor has any paperwork ever been received in the post. If you ever see any deductions from this company, email them directly and demand an instant refund.

Just checked my bank account and…
Just checked my bank account and noticed four payments of £74.00, taken from my account between 28 May and 7June 2024, I have no idea how this was set up as I have purchased nothing or ever heard of this company till today. Bank contacted and future payments blocked, card blocked and new one being sent. These thieving ratbags need to be locked up.
These people need to be locked up …
My partner made a purchase from Healthy for Life the call handler asked if she could send some vouchers which my partner said no. She received a letter stating that she had joined 2 book clubs and that £32.99 & £59.00 would be taken out after 25/6/24 having now checked her bank account this has already been taken out 12/6/24. All of these firms are run by Direct Response Marketing Group Ltd whose directors are.

Who are just out to take your hard earned money.
They are basically scammers
They are basically scammers. I've cancelled my account and they are still taking money out of my account
Called this dreadful company today…
Called this dreadful company today after receiving a letter welcoming me to my free 28 day trial. I have never signed up to them or even heard of them. Asked the robotic person on the phone (just kept repeating company line), who has signed me up?, as I never have. I was informed that it was by a phone call, that is nonsense as I was out of the country on that date, and never answer my phone abroad. He then kept asking how I would like to proceed? I told him I couldn't possibly have agreed to a trial, as I " don't drive or own a car. Bit pointless joining a motor club. Something should really be done about this dreadful company. Only place I can think they got my name from is gwr, when I bought my senior railcard. Anyone else bought rail tickets? Then had this trouble?
Scammers of vulnerable people
This company have continued to take £79.45 a month from my elderly disabled mother, despite contacting them a little while ago to cancel the subscription.
Apparently my mum was unaware of the sub being set up after reciving a cold call from them.

An attempt was made to take 65.99 from my account by this company. Luckily Barclays fraud squad texted me as Premieroffersdirect were using an old card number and the transaction was declined before I even knew about it! They are clearly scammers. Beware!

Received today 2 letters from Premier Cashback Rewards indicating that I had opted for trial periods both of which expired on 30/5/2024 - I did not authorise either. Have reported to my bank who tell me that attempts to take money from my bank was denied due to wrong account number. This company is a scam and needs to be investigated.
