Great service and product
Great staff and product. Wanted to buy a glass splashback but was confused with measurements and custom picture selection. I phoned a couple of times, the stsff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They guided me very well. I ordered the item and I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

Lovely product, my splash back looks spectacular.
Thank you to artist for 'matching' my panels, it gets lots of WOWs from everyone.
Product was easy to fix on wall with sealant, but I would have liked more guidance on how much sealant I needed, as I bought far too much:-)

Fantastic printed splashback…
What a fantastic printed splashback Premier Range supplied. Clear instructions on the website regarding the ordering side of things.
Tracking of the order through manufacturing was good. The splashback arrived a little earlier than initially expected as well. Clear instructions were provided. Our old splashback was screwed into place, but this time we opted for Premier Range's Rapid Adhesive and it was excellent.
It's always a worry when you've measured for a splashback and in our case we needed it to fit a space with the recommended 2mm gap around 4 sides. The sizing was perfect.
Our friends and relatives love the splashback as we do.

We visited the showroom for advice on measuring etc the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable on return home we still had to contact by phone before ordering again nothing was too much trouble. Ordered Thursday evening splash back was delivered Monday morning a great service and a great product

Reading all reviews i thought of…
Reading all reviews i thought of ordering kitchen splashback from them. We ordered Silver mirror finish splashback but they sent just a plain black finish morror.color is not at aall matching with website images.Its actually a mirror which one will use in bathroom or hallway. Not at all looking like a splashback. And when we initiated a return they simply refused to accept return. Not even option for exchange offers. Please note they do not hve any RETURN policies. Waste of my money

In the glazing and mirror industry, “silver mirror” refers to the standard, traditional mirror finish — the same appearance used in most household mirrors. This is the exact product that was manufactured and supplied.
We also offer alternative finishes such as grey, bronze and copper, which are clearly labelled and sold as separate products on our website.
Your order was manufactured to your exact custom dimensions, making it a bespoke item. As clearly stated on our website at checkout, bespoke and made-to-measure products are excluded from our change-of-mind returns policy, as they cannot be resold.
For this reason, and because the product supplied matches the description ordered, we were regrettably unable to offer a return or refund.
We truly do value every customer and we are always happy to help clarify any product details before manufacture to ensure the right product is selected.

Sells Mirror in Name of Splashbacks
Ordered the kitchen wall panels from here and they delivered mirrors. I reached out to Mark, Lewis in their team and they refused to take the return and refund the £200. Their product website shows different picture and product description is different, Which one to belive ? Beaware of the their RMA process, it does not help. Really disappointing to waste money on such firm.

Wine and grapes splashback
I ordered a bespoke flashback for my new kitchen,I wanted something different so I chose the Wine bottle with grapes design,I was kept up to date about its manufacture,when it finally arrived it looked great and really set off the kitchen,I used brushed brass fittings to secure it,looks good,as a matter of fact I may get another one made to use as a cover for my induction hob,have the corners drilled and just fix little button feet to raise it👍
