Had my kitchen blind put up today I’m so happy with the out come the blind is lovely the agent who dun the job was lovely he was very polite and help full just want to thank you guys for a lovely service I will be useing again after Xmas and I will recommend to family and friends thank you once again

We had an agent called Adil come in to measure and give us a quote for blinds. He was quite pressuring in that he wouldn’t let any of us finish our sentences when we were trying to explain what we were thinking. He was very rude when we said we didn’t want the blinds just yet, just a quote would be fine. When we said we didn’t want the blinds he got quite visibly annoyed and started packing his things away saying “I’d heard enough”…
It wasn’t a great experience if I’m honest, I just really hope he’d learn some manners in the way he speaks to his customers.

paid 590 for 3 vertical blinds and a perfect fit blind just moved into a new bungalow so thought i would have them
done professionally, kitchen blind was to big , ‘ shall i leave it up for you ‘ no thankyou it looks ridiculous , ‘ oh right i will order you another one then , did not clean up all the mess he had made had no customer service skills still waiting for a response from
head office and a date for replacement blind

Have paid deposit for fitting of blinds today 6/5/2023 no one turned up,I rang the office, lady on phone most unhelpful , couldn’t give date for fitting (not her department)

I would highly recommend Premium blinds they have just fitted our vertical blinds and they look lovely. They were ordered and fitted within about 10days and the staff were very pleasant. I shall certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends and family

Don't use this company, they are absolute scammers! They came to measure up my conservatory, quoted me £750, I was non the wiser, salesman asked me to sign a bit of paper saying I had given them £200, did not inform me at all that the deposit was nonrefundable. Another company came out yesterday, same fabric, same everything and quoted me £290 for the same job. Obviously this company takes advantage of single elderly ladies living on their own! They are refusing to give me back my deposit, so I am reporting them to Trading Standards, with all sales, even if a deposit has been paid you get a 14 day cooling off period and the deposit should be refunded! The salesman came on Wednesday evening, I tried to contact them yesterday to cancel the order, no answer, no email address and if wasn't for the salesman writing on the slip of paper, I would not have had a phone number either! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Excellent service. A rep came out on 1st April to measure up, I chose premium black-out verticals with a great 5 year guarantee and they were fitted earlier today by a very polite young man in less than 10 minutes. They look terrific and I'm so pleased with them. Customer service is also first class and responded to my queries promptly. If you're considering purchasing new blinds, this is the company to use. 5*

Terrible company lied about prices advisors make there own prices up won’t cancel the order won’t change the order also didn’t measure a window and tried to charge £500 for 3 blinds , AVOID this company this was a disabled person they scammed unbelievable!!!

The service was prompt this was good however the order process is not professional, no written confirmation of the order despite several requests, no cooling off period to amend the order or cancel. Fitting was appalling and one blind fell down. The company completed a review and rectification, the refitter agreed the original fitting was not appropriate. We were left with multiple redundant holes in our walls with no offer of repair or compensation for repair. The whole process with this company was unprofessional and stressful. No apology from the company for our inconveniences. Avoid this company there are better blind companies and they are not cheap either!

On 12th October had my roll blind for my new shower room. Wow. It was fantastic, absolutely beautiful. I was so so pleased also put in 30 slats in my bedroom and chain on my dining room blinds. Absolute perfection. Will definitely use them again. I only waited one week. Thanks for making me a happy bunny. Mrs.Maria Keen

Orderd my blinds got them 2 weeks later absolutely love them thank u so much so order more for my vranda so just waiting on them now really highly recomend this compa👌👌👌
