The paint came promptly and couldn't be happier with the result. A clean finish, with anti slip added for extra measure. Its really brightened up my old, weathered yellow slabs in the garden. Would highly recommend!

The paint arrived damaged tin dented and leaked from the handle area into the box it came
Emailed you and you were concerned at this and asked to send pictures which we did
But you couldn’t open the pictures tried sending them again but no reply from yourselves
Keep telling us how to seal the tin by putting the lid on tightly. Which isn’t the problem
We were not looking for more paint just a solution to our problem of storing the excess paint after we’ve used some of it
Maybe an empty 5 ltr tin ?
As we bought a 20 ltr tin to have some paint over for next year to touch up

The items I ordered were delivered within the promised timeframe, however one item was missing when I informed customer service about the missing item they explained that it was out of stock and they would be giving me a refund. The item was a part of a set, Premium Paints refunded the full cost of the set which was a part of an expensive order. They could just have refunded the cost of the missing item.

It is easy for mistakes to be made, I judge a supplier on how they react to correct the mistake. I have given 5 stars to premium Paints for their response. I have yet to use the floor paint they supplied so cannot comment on the overall service but so far so good.

Saling none branded copies as everest, no returns,

Updating my review, I did contacted everest,they confirmed all thier tins is branded,

I did ask premium paint to return the order, they just didn't except to return their none branded paint,
DONT BUY FROM THEM

Well on putting sealant on stone slabs l would say my fault as was too cold and their was moisture trapped giving white cloudy patches all over so l can't actually judge the solution , but l rang and l was sent a new tin which was very good of them - l have now to remove sealant before using again which is proving expensive and takes time , but my mistake and thanks for new tin

I am very pleased with my product from Premium Paints &will no doubt use them again in the future

So my issue is all about delivery time and the condition of the product when delivered to me. I brought their Drivemaster product some three years ago and had the same problem then. Needing to refresh my drive l thought they would have learned some lessons but clearly they haven’t. The problem is that they don’t have ‘real-time’ ordering. In other words they sell products that they don’t actually have in stock. So you order it and pay their delivery charge which clearly states 2 to 3 working days delivery time. Well after 7 working days it hadn’t been delivered so l rang them and Kay (l think) sorted it out for me. So as if that wasn’t bad enough it came more than damage. See photo. The problem is that the box it came in was not damaged at all so by default it must have been packed damaged. Not good on both counts. Leave it with you if you still use them but be warned by my experience.

The service from premium paints was excellent, but sadly they use FedEx for delivery and they were rubbish. Fedex collected both parts of the order, but only delivered one and now deny collecting the second part. Also, the item they did deliver was very clearly marked “This way up”, and they left it out side my house on its side.
