Ordered a pinball machine online, paid with Credit Card on the website. Charge on the card was listed as "M****a D*******o" for "Consulting Services" which is odd because the Charlotte NC based business had sent me an email from a "J**n B****s" who's phone number is disconnected along with the listed number for the business, which is a California based business. Then the "UShipHub" emails started, stating that the shipment had just been picked up in Minnesota... then it never showed up... I have emailed the seller several times, no response. I have emailed UShipHub, who says they were cyber attacked and every few days I email them again and they claim they are going to provide a new tracking number within 48 hours... No refund, no pinball machine, no working phone numbers, nothing but over $4000 gone. All the reviews on this site that state a similar experience are responded to as if they were lying but I assure you I would much rather be playing with the pinball machine I ordered than writing this to warn about this "Seller". If the machine arrives i will absolutely amend this review but as of now I say STAY AWAY!

Update - the scammer requested to remove my comments because I used real names. No dispute about the merits. I removed the full names but be advised, regardless of the other reviews on here (probably posted by the scammer), this is NOT a real business. 100% scam.

Update 3/4/26 - Premium Pinballs LLC tried to have my review removed claiming that I had reviewed the wrong company, and has now responded with a pack of lies about how they "immediately refunded" my money as soon as the "shipping company" had an issue with the "shipment". There was no shipper, there was no pinball machine. This is an elaborate scam, 100% don't fall for it, and don't believe anything they say in their replies to me or other victims.

Update 4/12/2026 -

The scammer has once again tried and failed to have my review removed. Now the claim is being made since the bank (at my request) has issued me a refund (because their investigation determined the seller was a scammer), that I should remove or edit my review. To be clear, the seller is NOT responsible for my money being refunded; the credit card did that for me. The fact that the scammer continuously tried to have my review removed is encouraging. Hopefully people are able to learn from this story and avoid doing business with "Premium Pinball LLC" in Millville Massachusetts.

Both my limited edition pinball machines were delivered and set up perfectly! They have always been ready to respond to any questions I had!!

Great Products fast delivery little costly. I have bought several games from them and they are in wonderful shape and Premium Pinballs LLC shipped them fast. I paid a little more then I wanted to but in the end it was all worth it.

We bought a pinball machine for our house. This is the first and probably only pinball machine we will buy. Premium Pinballs LLC gave great advice about which machine would be most enjoyable over the years, and had candid observations about reliability.

The machine arrived on time and Premium Pinballs LLC answered some basic set up questions.

It was great to be able to call and quickly get a human during business hours. This was old-fashioned top notch customer service.

This is a scam, do not use. The pinball and shipping company are linked and never delivered the pinball machine.

Less than zero. This guy and his team took my deposit and when my wife changed-her mind would not return my deposit. He promised he would. shame on me. I should’ve known better than to Venmo money to an account I wasn’t familiar with. regardless he emailed me and said he would return it and he never did so he’s a loser.Don’t trust him. Don’t put your money to his business because he will rip you off and ghost you. if you want I can share his emails where he promised to refund my money haven’t seen a dime. I’m out $800 bucks. If he tries to refute my review, like I said, I have his emails . Class act. Total scammer.

This website is a scam. The company links up with a second fraud company called Uship Hub and then more payments requested and no items received.

The response received below is completely inaccurate as there is no pinball machine an this was always part of the scam between premium pinballs and Uship hub who are now demanding for £15k insurance and asking for identity papers.

Avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely thrilled with my purchased! The pinball machine is in pristine condition, and the seller was very professional throughout the entire process. I'll definitely be back for more!
