Lovely quality tap, like the fact that the hot water comes through the middle

We purchased an Oberon tap. The tap arrived within the promised delivery timescale. It was well packaged and 100% protected from damage during transit. Fitting was no problem and we are well pleased with the final product.

Found exactly what we were looking for and delivery was quick and kept us informed. Highly recommended.

I needed a Perrin and Rowe mixer tap and having been let down by another supplier who promised a deliver they couldn't keep, I turned to Premium Taps. The item was delivered 7 days later and the service was excellent. I will have no hesitation in returning for future orders.

Ordering my Perrin and Rowe tap was very easy and straight forward I was able to find what I needed on the website.
The price was great and the delivery service was fine.

Very happy with the taps and personal service

I would really like to give Premium taps 5 stars. I ordered 6 items, two of which arrived very quickly. Thank you for this. The other items I knew would be a wait as I requested an aged brass finish. However it is now 14 weeks since I placed my order and paid in full, and this is way longer than the time I was told. Despite numerous emails and phone calls with the promise of phoning back or letting me know when I am to expect my delivery, nothing happens. I have even contacted Perrin and Rowe directly to see if they can provide me with any information, but to no avail. I accept that Perrin and Rowe maybe at fault, but Premium Taps are not keeping me informed.

Lovely tap and the standard of the product is excellent. Only reason it didn’t get a 5 was because there were no washers in the box. Had to source locally which was an issue as there were non standard British sizes.

Excellent value and rapid safe delivery. Strongly recommended.

I have ordered kitchen basin tap on 31 July. Despite the information listed that in takes up to 7 working days to deliver the order to Latvia, I still have not received it and today is 26 August. I understand that sometimes it takes a bit more time to get it, but support team should be in contact with the customer in this matter. However , I have not heard anything from the team until I phoned them and asked where my order was . First of all, after naming my order number the lady several times told me that th re is no such an order at all , but I insisted on checking once again until she finally found it. Promising me on the phone to dispatch next day 10August they dispatched it several days after on 16th. I had to ask for tracking number myself again and only after that I received the number.
I understand that the team could be on vacation or they had to wait for the tap to arrive from manufacturer but if we are talking about decent customer experience they had to contact me , not I had to call and ask , write and ask , remind again and again . I have recently ordered one more tap because I want exactly the one from the brand they represent and may be I will change my mind if this time it goes better .

This was a “difficult” order as the trifold tap I required had to be manufactured. In fairness, this was pointed out when the order was placed and I was warned there would be a long delay. I accepted this and the tap was eventually delivered.

My only gripe is that during the long delay I was not proactively kept up to date re the delivery status. Emails requesting status reports were answered promptly, but I had to keep asking.
